We came here to relax and that is what we are doing. We have a nice space to spread out in. There's a restaurant and bar in the lobby and it looks as if this place hosts gatherings through the year. The property is clean and we have no qualms with the cleanliness of our suite. We have a nice view from the third floor. I can't speak to the cost of staying here but we got the reduced "winter rate". We spend out anniversaries somewhere up here in The Great White North every year. Cheers!

Our room was immaculately clean, and even though our balcony faced the busy street, we barely heard the traffic. We had a jetted tub in our room, and it did take a while to fill, but it was amazing to soak before bed. And again, it was absolutely spotless. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was incredible, and once again, the staff were outstanding. Delicious food and fantastic staff, we will definitely be back to stay and to eat!

We were actually looking forward to this stay, being a BW Diamond Select Status, we were not even acknowledged at check in!! Please see photos attached, room condition is generally very dusty, no maintenance at all, laminate flooring are peeling, electrical sockets are off the wall and do not work properly and create a fire hazard!! ( Reported to front desk first thing in the morning as we decided to cut short our stay! ) Shower do not work properly as water do not properly passes through to the shower head, all furnitures are of "Value Village" status!! Sad sad state, our first stay at this property will be our last!
