I also love being able to return glassware dirty - with All Occasions happily doing the cleaning and sterilizing for us! That makes the work much easier at the end of the event! Just had to clean the urns and thermoses, etc. When serving a hundred guests... that makes the work much easier! Lots of smiling help to load and unload the car at the rental shop too! great work!

It began with sales pressure on the wedding dress, being told firmly that it would not still be there if I did not choose to buy it RIGHT now. When we tried on and bought the bridesmaid dresses we were sold dresses which the manufacturer no longer made, so after all of our effort and falling in love with the style we were told 2 weeks later we couldn't have them. No effort was made to compensate for this mistake asides from an apology, not an extra refund, nor even a promise of speedy delivery on the new dresses purchased as the timing was getting close. Lastly, I was informed by my seamstress (not the one recommended by them) that my dress not a floor model as they had told me, but a used dress. She knew this from the specific additions that were not factory practice and the sheer amount of wear. When I went in to ask about this, whether it was a mistake or an outright lie, I heard a lot of what sounded like reasons (excuses) but had trouble getting a word in to actually tell my story. I was offered a gift certificate with my wedding nearly upon me and all of my shopping over. All in all, though the dresses were beautiful and the prices were right, but I would not recommend any bride shop here.
