If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. I thought that because I had worked with this dealership…read morebefore at my previous job that I would have a good experience, I was FAR from correct. I wasn't even trying to come to this dealership to buy a car but I had the wrong address to another car was looking for and the sales person, who I had dealt with when I worked for delivering auto-parts came out and talk to us and had told us that we shouldn't be going to this other dealership because they don't Dan by their vehicles and he was sure that I was going to have problems with the vehicle that I bought from this other place soon after purchase. He went on and on to talk about how they stand by their vehicles and how if there's a problem they will take care of it immediately, I soon found out that that was a COMPLETE LIE! Not only did the car have issues when I first bought it that I told him that I was not comfortable with, but soon after I incurred my first major problem. It was just over one month that I had the car when my transmission blew out! I was in the city of Yucaipa when it happened, on the freeway, with my babies in the car. I called them the next morning to let them know that my transmission had blown and reminded them that I had just bought the car, and what they told me was "well you have to bring it to our mechanic so that we can take a look at it" the price to toe this car back to Bakersfield from Yucaipa would have been $1000! The cost of which they were not going to pay for. I ended up having to pay $1856 to have the transmission rebuilt and when I got it back to them they let me know that they were indeed not going to pay any part of it. Prior to the vehicle breaking down I also had went in after putting $4500 down on this car, and paid another thousand dollars which should have covered me for four months. They called me recently to tell me that I was two months behind on my payments and that I needed to come in to make a payment else they were going to tow my car and when I told them that I paid $1000 only two maybe three months ago I was told that he wasn't there when that happened and so I just needed to make a payment. I repeatedly told him that not only did I just have this problem with the truck blowing out the third gear in the transmission that they guaranteed but I had just prior to that put another thousand dollars which he just kept telling me well I was not here so I don't know what to tell you. I've had the engine light come on because of a fuel air issue, my tint has already come off of the back window, I have tears in this upholstery that I had let him know about, And I've also had a tire explode on me, yeah these are supposed to be new tires also. Their customer service is garbage, they are beyond unprofessional, they have shady business practices, and they do NOT stand by their vehicles when there are problems with the vehicles. I do not recommend anybody go to Limited motors unless You enjoy being taken advantage of and lied to, and if you want a car that is about to fall apart and that's the place to go! ***UPDATE*** I recently brought my truck in for a tune up which included spark plugs and wires... come to find out, all of my plug wires were different brands!! Like their technicians had just taken whatever extra spare wires they had and throw them right in there. That's that QUALITY LIMITED MOTORS WORK.... SMH..... like seriously what else is going to be Mickey moused on this truck??

I know it was a high demand vehicle that they could've sold for more to someone else but they knew they had what we needed and the asking price was close to our budget. They worked with us to close the deal. They established a relationship with me and now my family. They were professional, customer service oriented, patient and honest. It's hard to find those qualities in this particular industry. My wife is happy and my wallet doesn't hurt, so I'm extremely happy.

Greg Brown and Francisco were the nicest and most accommodating guys to deal with and if there was ANY problem or question at all with it, they were patient and answered our questions or fixed the issue. We loved that Escalade and decided it was time to upgrade. We both wanted the new Suburban LT, and sure enough when we looked, they had one on their website. Greg Brown, Max, Francisco and the Finance lady made our purchase the smoothest and most convenient transistion you could imagine. They even upgraded the tires to 22's and put brand new tires and rims on the truck. They answered every single question we had and made us feel like family and that we were getting the family deal. They even gave me more than I expected for my escalade as trade in toward the purchase of the Suburban! It is worth the 21/2 hour drive just to deal with these guys because we are comfortable knowing we will be happy with what we bought! We will definitely be back to see them!!

I've been…read morelooking for a car for a few months now and I decided to check their site because I used to live in the neighborhood across the street. I was interested in a Honda Fit at about $7k. The site said it had a clear title, but first thing I am told is it's a salvage and I wouldn't be able to finance it. I already didn't want it after hearing it's salvaged, but it was disappointing to come all that way when they could have filled out the info correctly on the site. ‍ I then was told which cars could be financed, so I checked out the Toyota Matrix they have (and they still have both of these cars). I test drove it, it seemed okay, but my sister was in the passenger seat and when she closed her door she noticed an odd sound as if it had been damaged. What do you know? We got the Carfax and it had been in an accident that affected the front and sides. ‍ Overall, the people I spoke to were friendly and weren't forceful in trying to get me to put money down on either of the cars I was interested in. I just wish they could fill in their information for each vehicle entry correctly on their site. Besides seeing the title status, the only way to know the Carfax is to go down there and have them show it to you to.
