All of the staff are very well trained and extremely helpful and will not only take a great deal of time to advise you on frame selection but will always fit you in if you have any problems or need to see the optician urgently. It's just a very caring and friendly place where they will get to know you as a person and cater to your individual needs, and offer a much pleasanter experience than the larger, more expensive and not always particularly accurate branded optician stores.

The staff are really approachable and discuss all the lense options available and which lenses will work best for you. They also sell glasses and there are some nice designer ones. You can get a discount if you buy new prescription glasses alongside ordering contact lenses. I've had no problems whatsoever and will continue to use there services.
