"Farm to Fork" is just a misleading name not an actual practice…read more I've been buying from Farm To Fork meals in Miami, and while the food is convenient, I'm starting to wonder: how much of this is actually coming from a farm vs. a standard wholesaler? The name "Farm to Fork" implies a direct link to local agriculture, but I haven't seen any specific local farms named on their menus or website lately. When I asked in the store whether the ingredients are organic, they said that they're not. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. I pushed harder and also tried to get the phone number of the actual farms or facilities that produce or provide the ingredients. They couldn't tell me that either. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms. The Paleo foods are gluten and dairy free and the Fit foods are heavily protein based 50 grams of protein at 650 calories which is an excellent ratio. I eat multiple times per day, so unsure if this concept would work for my normal daily caloric intake of 4,500 calories. Adrian educated us on various products, and then he mixed some drops to assist with my eyes. Not only did he administer ancient medicine to myself & my life partner, he talked us through it. I've never had an experience like this in my life. I felt grounded and light at the same time. The mucous that came up from the both of us was mind-blowing.
