For a first time visit, the store can be overwhelming but once you walk around once or twice you'll see that there's a method to the madness and it's actually pretty well organized. I was told by cashier that it could not be returned. I stated I did not want to return item, but exchange it for new one. The catchier stayed if I had called then maybe they could do something. I ask to speak to manager or someone else above the cashier. I was directed to a young lady who took me over to where the products were. She stood there with some puzzled look on her face. After a minute of her staring there with this look, she said no returns on chemicals. I have shopped at this business for years, but now will have to rethink where I buy my hair products. I lost track of how many msgs I left, probably around 10. The site stated hrs of operation is 9am to 9pm. I started calling in the morning and it is now 7:15pm and I never received a call back. If they aren't going to have a receptionist, I would expect them to check their msgs throughout the day and return the call. I don't know how they stay in business if you can't even make an appointment. I even tried the online booking service and they never got a response either. I wanted to try this salon but if this is their customer service I am not impressed. I have never had a hair salon where they not only don't answer the phone, but don't even call back. Who does business this way?
