Apparently, There was some confusion to where I should have been waiting. They must have 2 waiting rooms; one for the spa side and one for the medical side. Anyway, the ladies that work here seem to be very nice and knowledgable. They told me my consult is $75 and can be used towards a product. I really wasn't expected to buy a product because I just wanted to have a laser used. But I bought 2 things, something they called "jet fuel" and a SPF powder. I scheduled another appointment for a needle rolling appointment. I'll let you know how that goes later!

It grew out awesome and I never even needed a re-shape in between. Sooo, admittedly most of my cuts have been when I have had long hair...which for me is the hardest for a stylist to get right. Chi Wah honestly has been the only one who looks at my face and balances the length of the layers to the shape of my jawline, cheekbones, and amount AND texture of my natural hair. She TRULY gives a custom cut!
