A special thank you to Henry Bosarge he was our rental specialist at pick up. He was very knowledgeable and kind and extremely professional. He not only went above and beyond in my opinion he also called the next day just to check and make sure everything was going ok with the truck. A+++++ I can't recommend this office highly enough. The process was very easy and the staff very professional and friendly. The truck/van was newer with easy driving. It was very clean. The van had rubber flooring and wooden rails on the inside walls to help with tie downs during transport. The pricing was great. I was too sick and had to work, so I couldn't unload my truck in time for the scheduled drop off time. Due to this, I called the 800 number and they gave me until the next business day (2 days later) for free! This was because the drop off location was not open. However, this location changed their hours and called to let me know. The owner did his best to accommodate my situation and I returned it a day late and paid $0.79 tax only...virtually nothing...even offered a storage unit at a discount when I told him how I was moving into a smaller place. I will continue to only do business with this establishment and let everyone I know that they are the best I have ever dealt with.

My husband and…read moreI picked up a truck for a three day rental, and when we returned the truck to the Memphis location, we were charged an additional $98. After calling customer service three times (and eventually being hung up on by customer service because they refused to assist), Budget as a company refused to waive the fee. The issue is, we were lied to when we picked up the truck from the Daphne location. We were told to return the truck on Tuesday, no time was specified. The rental agreement also did not include a specific time. Due to returning the truck four hours "late", we had to pay the full $98 late fee. Again, customer service was no help. They even hung up on us. We will never rent from Budget again, and highly recommend anyone else considering this company use at your own risk.

Gave my debit card and all other required information. Received confirmation number, no problems until Nov 21 when attempting to pick up. I was informed that I wasn't getting a refrigerator dolly which was a very important part of my move, would never have reserved the truck without it. The salesman called around to find one, when told my son we are dropping truck at Popps Ferry U-Haul. Salesman stated "no, it has to be brought back to his store, he had another reservation for 4 pm on Nov 22." I told him the reservation was made with this condition, he insisted I had to return it to him. I was listening to him calling another store and asking if they had an appliance dolly instead of the refrigerator dolly (you can not move a refrigerator on an appliance dolly, I had already asked him that). He hung up and told me I could get the dolly at the other Ocean Springs stop and asked me for my debit card for the seventh time. He had been trying to check me out throughout this process. I believed he was trying to trick me into checking out and I wouldn't find out it wasn't a refrigerator dolly until it was too late. Needless to say I cancelled the rental, apparently reservations for dollys and drop off conditions mean nothing. Definitely won't be doing business with One Stop in Ocean Springs. Very upsetting when you have to cancel due to their breaking of reservation contract, have to cancel workers and delay move.
