    Tofu, syrup & tapioca
 $4

Hot and soft Tofu Fa with chewy tapioca is a perfect match dessert! If you want something sweet and easy, this is definitely a good choice and make you warmer.

Pretty sure this is where malls go to die; but if you're in search of authentic boba, this is the place. The highlight of the mall is the food court where everyone is competing for your coin. Boba is as cheap as $3, but ranges to the more sublime as well. (Halo Halo, real fruit smoothies and ube based drinks.) This is bubble tea without people in lab coats without nonsense flavour needles and other gimmicks. That stuff can be fun, but tiring when the boba tastes sickly sweet. I went for the stand that did only drinks and no food. Not sure it had a name! The halo halo was amazing, my hubbs had a chia coconut fresh mango concoction. I bought packaged snacks for my kids and the entire bill came to $14! Very reasonable for the size, taste calibre and the authenticity. We will be back!!

$2.50 bubble tea WITH bubbles and lychee !

I remember getting bubble tea at Phoenix Bubble Tea eons ago, which is roughly across from the food court.

I saw this Yelp listing recently. I've been here a handful of times…read more My first experience was with my parents. I was in grade 12. Somehow, we got word that taking photos here would be great. The tip was a good one. When you first drive over to this centre, you can't miss the gateway. It's red with gold accents. I just learned that it doesn't have a single nail in it. The gateway is made of timber. Wooden studs keep everything in place. My mom brought her manual camera with a massive lens to take distant shots. It took her what felt like forever to take photos of us. As patient as I am, I looked extremely unhappy in one of her shots. This centre has a dragon wall. It's there as a form of protection. There are nine dragons on this wall. I like the sculptures, garden, and mini pond in this area. It's nice to admire everything before going shopping! I returned last year since my first visit as a teenager. I was here to enjoy snacks and soft serve from Xe Kem. A Yelp experience introduced me to this place. I've been back a few times since. A few doors down is the entrance to the food court. I have flagged visiting it, but I haven't had a chance to return. Luckily, this centre isn't too far away from work. Tung Hing Bakery is also here. Technically, it's closer for me to get my baked goods fix here after work. I am hoping that it has banh mi and siu baos like its other locations around the greater Toronto area. I should return and check out the other businesses, like Al Premium Food Mart and Sushi Omigoto. There's lots to discover. Parking can be a bit of a challenge. I've been fortunate to have nabbed parking spots whenever I've been here. It's other drivers who can't park for beans that you need to take care. (372)

Because it covers such a vast area, it's best to figure out which stores you'd like to visit and drive over to them. The stores range from outlets to regular retail. You also have eateries and professional services mixed in for good measure. My go-to stores tend to be Winners, Kitchen Stuff Plus, Gap Outlet, and Krispy Kreme. The first two are next door from each other, so it's a two-for-one shopping extravaganza for me. I have found some nice merchandise at good prices at both stores. I love this Gap Outlet, as I have scored some nice discounts on jackets and clothing. I don't consume donuts often, but I love Krispy Kreme to the point where I've been known to do a donut run before heading back to the office. It takes me fifteen minutes to get here from my workplace. It's deadly and cool. Besides the stores that I have just mentioned, here's a running list of stores at Heartland that I have visited so far: - Bath & Body Works - Best Buy - Loblaws - Marshalls - Old Navy - Roots - Seafood City Supermarket Here are eateries that I have stuffed my face at: - Grill City - Heart Sushi - Jollibee - Tandoori Flame There are so many stores and eateries. I haven't visited them all yet. It'll take a while! Here are some stores and eateries that I'd like to visit: - Beanwise - Bergham - California Sandwiches - Copper Branch - Crocs - Mr Puffs - The Chopped Leaf I've never had any issues parking. I've dropped by on countless Saturdays and Sundays. It can get crazy, but I always find parking. It's cool shopping here. I feel the need to get some retail therapy now! (212)
