The home was not only in need of new windows, but had severe damage from mold, dry rot, and subterranean termites. So the work Donnie did for me was buried and extensive. Another restoration company had previously done the demolition, but Donnie came in and did all of the sheet rock, Insulation, drywall installation, and replacement, texturing, and interior painting. Because the structure was so damaged in the master bathroom, almost the entire back of my home had to have all of the stucco, taking taken off and most of the interior drywall. So, at that time we removed an old cast-iron tub and Donnie put in a gorgeous tile shower. Added to all that he did before, he is a perfectionist, installing tile and plumbing fixtures. I will say he let you know when he will be there and he is there when he says. He advises if he's unable to come for part of the day. His communication is stellar. One of a kind in my whole experience of this restoration project. He's very pleasant to be around, comfortable to converse with. And I didn't mind him being in my home, even if I needed to leave for periods of time. I give Donnie the highest of recommendation.
