!!! BEWARE !!! I financed a car here a month ago. It started…read moreoverheating on the way home from the lot, so I took the car back the next day. They put it in their shop on the lot, which found that the motor needed to be replaced. Then, the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. Now, a month later, they want me to be caught up on payments in order to get the car out of their shop. I haven't made payments, because my work has significantly reduced with no transportation/limited availability (because no car). The motor and catalytic converter are pretty important to the functioning of a car. These things should have been fixed before they sold it to anyone on their lot. These people are scammers and just want to trap you in their contract, because they know you're poor and just need to get into a car in order to work. This entire time, all I've gotten from their accounts office is the runaround and a few "thanks for being so patient'"s. I've always heard about these experiences at car lots, but this is the first time I've ever had one myself, and it's been a complete nightmare dealing with these people. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I wish I wouldn't taken my down payment literally anywhere else.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 on or about 4/2/25. Fully loaded, leather interior, push button…read morestart, moon roof. First I was told $2,000 down, then it went to $2,500, ended up I had to put $3,000 down. Now that we're 4 days away from paper tags expiring, I find out vehicle can NOT be titled, as it has a salvage title. I talked to Bill in finance,he said come on in we'll work to make it right,I was then transferred to (salesman) Anthony, he had me test drive a white Cherokee. I said no, I need/want 4x4. Can negotiate on any other options. I Was basically told it was that or nothing. I asked about the grand Cherokee Laredo as it's a base model, I was told(by sales manager Carlos?) if you want to put at least another $1,000 down to pay taxes, otherwise take what offered, or we will get a vehicle at auction this week. I have 0 say on vehicle coming from auction, I have a vehicle I bought in good faith, have at least $4,000 out of pocket in payments, and down payment. The sales manager didn't seem to care. I've made 3 trips to their lot, (about 46 miles round trip each time) and have 0 to show for it, this IS NOT MY FAULT!!!!!! Approved Auto screwed this up. I don't understand why the customer is being put out for the dealership screw up. I even explained my vehicle has every option possible, the Laredo is base model. Is this the type of customer service you provide? I'll have to make another trip and hope what you buy at the auction works for me. Why are you REFUSING to make this right?
