Each additional time they came to clean was very disappointing and very half ass. They would show up and rush their work leaving alot uncleaned. The last time they were here to clean my wife talked to them about our dissatisfaction and all they could do was get defensive about it and seemed offended when we explained our expectations for cleaning our home properly. I chose them because they had the best rating there and the lowest price. I booked them online through U-haul, and Nick, the owner called me the same day to confirm and to go over my move. I had a simple move, but I had big pieces of furniture that I knew I needed help. Through no fault of Nick's, I had to change my move date several times because of my schedule. and each time I called Nick to let him know I needed to change, he was really sweet and patient. Finally, my move date arrived, and two guys (walter and another guy, whose name i forgot) showed up. but before they did, they called me the day of to confirm time. and then about an hour before, they called to let me know they were going to be half an hour late, which worked out well for me. and then called me 15 minutes before they arrived to let me know where they are. The backed the truck up to my door, loaded all my stuff up, drove over to my new place, and moved all the stuff in. I had labeled the boxes as to where they went, so they quickly put them where they belonged. They were also very quick about disassembling my furniture, and re-assembling my furniture. When I have to move again, I'll definitely be calling them to do it for me.
