The gate lifts then a person by the car wash will instruct you to put car in neutral by pointing to signs and guide you into the car wash. The car wash sprays foam and water and has rotating brushes. It did a pretty good job of washing my car, but I do wish it would have gotten the hood and roof a bit better. The car wash had blow dryers as you leave and overall it was worth it. They also have vacuum stations there as and a membership option if you want unlimited washes.

The Automated Selection and Money Machines are 'Blocked' from the Entrance View and the small and faded 'Car Wash Entrance' Sign simply didn't catch our eyes fast enough. Once we were told 'We were doing it wrong' we figured out how to get in line, However, we got stuck behind an Unlimited Membership Driver who couldn't get her sticker to work. So, we finally got told to back up and get in the other line. Once we got that done we realized that no one was there to answer questions on the Unlimited Membership Choices so we paid for the $17 Single Car Wash and found ourselves with 4 other Cars waiting in line to start. The Car Wash was acceptable, the drying phase was inadequate, and we had wasted so much time that we decided to forego the vac and interior cleaning to get on with our day. Probably won't return but the choices for a really GOOD Car Wash in Pascagoula are not good. What a shame....Maybe Caliber will open a Good Car Wash soon? Better than nothing IF you can figure it out and like to deal with Machines....

He has never experienced such rude behavior from any staff in a service department. They act like they didn't want to be bothered. They dx the problem before the car was looked over. If there is any further problems with his car, I'm going to encourage him to take his car and future business to Allen Toyota. Who wants to be disrespected when there are other dealerships who would want to earn his business/money.

After being delayed twice and no promise of the part EVER being delivered I requested a refund after 40 days of waiting. After 2 trips to Cannon they were finally able to process the refund but DID NOT refund the $90 fee! I paid $90 to wait 40 days for a mythical part that may not ever be delivered. This business sucks and I will never return.
