She then had my daughter drive to a shop to get them fixed (pretty sure it's illegal to drive without break lights not to mention very unsafe). My daughter lost out on pretest warm up/practice time that we paid for because it was spent waiting at the mechanics hoping the car would be fixed on time. Prior to this we already emailed (no reply) that the instructor clearly did not know the area where the test route was supposed to be for the warm up or the previous 1 1/2 hr pre-test lesson. One lesson, the instructor stopped at a store to grab a snack because she was hungry! I emailed concerns to the company at two different points in time (while lessons were ongoing and after the test) but no response, apology or attempt to rectify the situation. I was very surprised at the decline in service as we used Greg almost 2 years ago for my other daughter and he was always prepared & professional. This time both the instructor and the company's handling of the situation was disappointing & unprofessional.
