First, he had sent me a letter that had private information of another couple instead of my information. And he may have sent my information to someone else as well. Second, he sent me my ex husband's first response to my request on a Friday. The letter was password protected and he let me simmer all weekend until he finally sent me the password on Monday morning. Soon after I had retained him I decided to hire someone who specialized in family law and international custody. He charged the retainer fee ($2500) and never provided any detail for how he used the hours. He said he would refund me and never did. I asked Mr Kroll a few times for a refund and he ignored me.

There were multiple bumps in the road but I have to say I would refer Alexa to any and everyone. She is knowledgeable and driven. She knows the law and was great to work with. During our last motion that she handled exceptionally well she embarrassed the opposing attorney during our hearings with the Judge getting into the attorney as well. I hope no one ever has to go through a divorce but if you do I would suggest hiring Darren & Alexa and having them on your side.

Can't say enough great things about my experience with this great team of lawyers…read more Attorney Elizabeth Rozin-Golinder initially sat down with me for a very thorough consultation. She did not make me feel like I was taking her time but she gave me her knowledge as best she could all with sincerity. Situations where we need a lawyer are never easy and with this great team I felt good, I was being guided in the right direction and completely informed of everything throughout the process . Every situation is of course different and has different needs but she gave me her honesty in what her expertise was and even referred me to speak with some of her colleagues. Knowing that my personal situation was going to take multiple visits to a court room she understood my situation and referred me to Alyssa Bartholomew who is part of her firm. I highly recommend her! I was more than comfortable in the skill level of Alyssa. All of our interactions she was so pleasant and informative. She put a lot of work into my case but she was equally kind and sincere as she was smart and strong. Anyone to have either or both of these women on your side are in good hands. If I ever need anything in the future there is no question I will use this law firm and refer anyone who may need a lawyer in the future. Thank you ladies for making a complicated and hard situation that much easier, I have so much gratitude towards you!!

The only negative (if I can even say that) thing I took away was price, this firm was the most expensive law firm that I've spoken with to date. I would revisit this firm if necessary.

Unfortunately due to not being able to provide all of the documentation, we could never file. Wish we knew that before I gave them $7,500. Beware.

She truly has fought for my Mother in court and so far has done an excellent job. I'm so happy to finally find someone who is dedicated, smart, caring and also keeps us in the loop by sharing all e-mails/communication. Will update when this is all over but Claire has been beyond helpful so far. She is tough and calls out the false allegations and "bs" the other side keeps on trying to do. The other side has been, in my opinion, very sneaky and unethical (again, my opinion and experience) and Ms. Scully has no qualms in bringing actual facts to shut down claims made.
