Nerds in a Flash arrived late on a day that I was tightly scheduled and asked for considerably more than they had originally estimated (exactly the same job/problem I had described to them)... but redeemed themselves by cheerfully solving my problem and agreeing to the original estimate. Would I hire them again? You bet, but I recommend that you have them come in on a day that you have a flexible schedule, because your own time pressures are demonstrably unimportant to them.

Mike needs to stop and consider what he is putting his hands on. He didn't listen whenever I tried to tell him that the computer had a screw that was stuck in it. He ended up ripping the back off of my computer. He ended up at least having the decency to refund the money. But now I am out the money to replace the parts and a computer stuff full of unnecessary chemicals because he refused to listen! I was charged a very low price for the service which I appreciate as a young person so so so much. I'm grateful that this business doesn't take advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to computers and instead helped me find out exactly what was wrong with my installation.
