    Mozzarella Divino
    Andres D.

AMAZING!! High quality homemade pastas, amazing sauces, with fresh ingredients. The mozzarella divino was to die for!! Cannot recommend enough. In the burrata you can really taste how great every single ingredient is. The pastas were incredible too. Really fantastic service, kind quick and professional, in an unpretentious atmosphere. A meal I will dream about for weeks to come

We dinned here without a reservation and Marco squeezed us in thankfully because the food, wine and service was amazing. The dinner was coursed very nicely and every dish was rich with flavor and fresh. Marco gave us great recommendations!

I had the best meal of my life here. Absolutely blown away by every dish. The eggplant parmesan was the best I've ever had. The vegetarian lasagna was creamy deliciousness, unlike (and better) than any lasagna I've had. Everyone in my family was obsessed with their dishes. The truffle pasta dish was also a standout. And just when we thought it couldn't get better, boom, dessert. I don't even know what I had, just that it was fantastic. Go to Divino. I'd make an entire trip to Spain just to come back here.

The truffle pasta had just the right amount of Truffle unlike some places back home where they drown it in Truffle oil and charge an arm and a leg.

El Tabernáculo - Countdown to next Semana Santa

Stopped in for a quick glass of wine, while touring the city…read more Everyone boasts about their tapas, but we received extremely salty jamon & dry stale bread, maybe it was the whole 'being a tourist' thing, because while we were hanging out we saw others receive fresh made quail egg sandwiches, or decorative olive plates. sadly our loss as we did not experience their fun welcoming vibe. We were intrigued because the decor was very interesting. You will be drinking with Jesus, plan your conversations accordingly haha

Forgive me, Father, for I have sinned…read more At El Tabernaculo you can experience religious remorse and sinful gluttony all at the same time. The walls of this tapas bar in Granada are covered from ceiling to floor in an awesomely gaudy display of photos of Semana Santa (Holy Week in Spain) and religious trinkets. A heavy aroma of incense lingers in the air. Anthony Bourdain describes this bar on an episode of Parts Unknown, "As best as I understand an Easter-Jesus-and-Mary-themed drinking establishment, where between drinks one can ponder the agony of the Christ. But with sausages!" There was only one other couple at the bar during our visit. The couple, locals from Granada, didn't speak much English, but the husband was kind enough to point out a few of the trinkets in the bar and explain their meaning. The bartender didn't appear to speak English either so the only words we exchanged were "tres vinos roja por favor", "gracias", "de nada", and "uno mas por favor". We received the traditional plate of free tapas with each glass of "Jesus juice" that we ordered. I'm not sure exactly what some of the items were on the plate, but everything was delicious and freshly cooked on the griddle behind the bar by the bartender. Our first tapas was a piece of ham that was heated on the griddle and served over bread with mayonnaise. The "open face sandwich" was served with kettle chips. When we ordered a second round of wine we received some sort of delicious, hot and garlicky spread over crusty bread and a side of olives. This tapas bar is a must-see if you are visiting Granada!
