They looked awful and the shape was completely changed. Recently I decided I would go to them again for brows as I love the manicures they give and this time I went to the crowfoot location and AGAIN they messed them up so bad. They took off way too much and gave them a whole new shape, with out consulting me. To put the cherry on top I have graduation at the end of the month and I am very disappointed.

Kimber is my favourite so I haven't seen a lot of the other injectionists but have heard good things from my friends. If you go I highly recommend asking for products. They're by far the best quality products I've used. Skin lines include Skinceuticals (my fav), Zo (my friends fav) and a couple others I haven't tried yet. Trust me when I say that once you try them you will be addicted. Parking is easy to find around their location(s) and the office is trendy in a beautiful way. It's a refreshingly different vibe than your typical beauty spa. Up until finding Frida I'd just go to places based on specials they'd be offering. I wasn't a loyal customer and never went to the same place twice. Frida has made me into a committed customer ... and their new loyalty program doesn't hurt either! Honestly can't say enough positive things about Frida! Go check them out!

I've gone for many massages, often once a week or every two weeks to a reputable upscale spa downtown, so I do know what a good massage feels like. This massage felt like they had never had any formal training and didn't understand how to knead muscles. I was so unhappy I stopped midway through and left. The masseuse did not ask me why I wanted to leave early. When I was leaving, I had planned to say something to the owner but the masseuse was nearby and I felt uncomfortable. However, I did make a point to call the next day and speak to the owner. I told them my experience and they said they would look into that masseuse's skills etc. I was not offered money back or anything. I discovered multiple bruises on my legs from this massage. The owner is nice but lacking customer service skills I would not recommend this place. There is a better Hammam place in the south that I prefer and I would recommend the Fairmont for massage. And this location sucks.
