The…read morecontact crews did a good job and was understanding when I had a delay with metal dormer installation. The problem came after the roof was completed and I needed warranty work for flashing that popped up on my roof. Reel Roofing was no where to be found. I called numerous times and was told I would get assistance. No one every contacted me and followed through with their warranty commitment. Keep in mind I called about 3 months after my roof was replaced. I ended up paying another roofing company to come make the repair. I would recommend going with a local company for roofing repairs. If you do decide to hire Reel Roofing, hold on to your money until you are 100% satisfied with the work. I would get 3 sets of eyes on the roof before you pay as they will not come back to fix anything once they are paid. This company is out of Texas.

I regret ever letting Tom Williams on my property and you will too. Threatening violence on a…read morecustomer as a business owner when I asked him to finish the job.. AND he made a false review about me at my work, trying to get me fired! As you can see in his response attacking someone with their personal name and location. Go read his other 1 star reviews that are buried under friends reviews, especially the one in Texas. It really is hard finding good work these days.. Should be reported to BBB, FTC and the IL Attorney General due to § 465.7 Review Suppression law for making a false accusation about the reviewer . Tom quoted me $15k for the roof. I declined gutters and the upgraded shingles etc due to lots of medical expenses for my son. During tare off they had no regard for my gutters and tore them off/destroyed them and left. My fasica had gaps in it and Tom didnt think to seal the exposed interior of my home, allowing birds and other animals to go into my attic and remove insulation/make nests. I have pictures of it all, and it rained that night.. He left a job site unsecured and open to elements, a professional would NEVER do that. I called and asked why they left and to come back to seal the exposed places. FOUR DAYS later with an open home to elements and excuse after excuse a gutter company came and put up gutters. He would not tell me price, and then when he did and I disagreed with the price he emailed me at midnight to tell me I was right and it was a "mistake." Originally the cost of gutters was $1800, well now it was almost $4K! and charged me $1800 for gutter guards! I had done gutter guards last year for $600.. But they destroyed those also while removing roof. So when I asked "how did this 15k roof become $23k??" his response was "I would never do a roof for 15k" When it came time for supplimentals he sent me a picture of a pile of shingles on the ground. Insurance was not happy, I asked for pics of the damage to fascia so insurance will adjust cost and to install missing trim he left off my home. Im still waiting for a response.. And insurance wont do anything without proof/pics. He also has in the contract if you leave a bad review he will fine you $2000 and take you to court where you will pay for all character damages and court costs! YEA THATS ILLEGAL per the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016!

My friend who has roof damages recommended Frontier Group because they were extremely responsive…read more I put an inquiry in to see if Frontier could help with the recent house damages due to the storms in Houston. Alex, called me immediately to see if he could help, inquired about what needed to be fixed, and was extremely responsive after I provided pictures. Unfortunately, Alex will not be able to assist in the repairs, since he does not replace drywall or the "siding" issue since it has to be replaced by panels. The reason I am writing the review is because he was honest about what he and his team were qualified and capable of doing, and didn't try to do a money grab like many contractors are doing with the house damages all around Houston. Thank you for being so kind, and if I ever run into further issues you can help with, I'll definitely reach out.

I contracted with RCC, Roof Concepts and Construction, for a new roof on August 13, 2024. I am the…read moreproperty owner and I have waited 5 months before leaving a review, hoping Brian would do the right thing. On completion, the roof did not pass inspection by a licensed TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) inspector on Agust 17, 2024. Also, during installation, it rained into my home even though the owner was alerted to a coming rain storm. He assured me the roof was completely sealed, but it wasn't and there were no tarps on site to cover the roof. Severel rooms in my home received damage from the water and the insulation in the attic was destroyed. Brian did repairs on September 20, 37 days after original installation, and again on September 20. On September 27, Brian finally went on roof to see for himself the job that we were complaining about. When he came down, he said "It is SO BAD I have to get another crew". He had never sent out an experienced roofing crew, just handymen, and repairs were not done correctly. The roof failed another inspection by licensed inspector on October 30, 2024. More repairs were done in November, and another inspection was done in December. There were still deficiencies. So after 5 months and 3 inspections, my roof is still not acceptable. Brian said my roof was completely sealed when I warned him of approaching rain storm. It was not and there were no tarps on site to cover roof. Said roof vents covered by insurance were replaced, but two independent roofers said they were not replaced, just painted over. Said they are committed to making things right and ensuring that I was completely satisfied with final outcome. Be sure to read both sides of their contract.
