Please do not give this "company" money! I would like to…read morestart this by saying that my "instructor" did not have his ID displayed, he did not show me that he was a certified instructor, which he should have done. So I booked 10 hours worth of lessons in October 2017, things were going okay, although my instructor cancelled lessons, leaving me without driving for 2 weeks. When my 10m hours was up, I could not book another block of hours, I had to go pay-as-you-go, which was very annoying as it became apparent that my instructor took on more people, leaving no time for me so I was driving very inconsistently. After 15 hours, my instructor started asking me to book my test (this is already shady as you need around 30-40 hours driving before you can comfortably drive on your own!). I booked my test for the 26th of January 2018 and just a week before my test, I found out that my instructor actually wrote down the day before, this didn't bother me much as I just took it as human error, however, what he should have done is given me his instructor reference number as that ensures that he will not be double booked. So I rebooked my test for the 23rd of January 2018, the night before my test, I text him to confirm the details; turns out he wrote down the wrong time this time, after telling me there is nothing he can do unless I can bring my own car to the test (which is stupid enough as I've been driving HIS car and was used to HIS car, anyone who knows anything about cars knows that they're all different and take some getting used to, especially for a new driver!). I had to cancel my test and lose £62. The earliest test date he had available was the 13th of March but he did not have the time to teach me throughout February, how he thought I was going ton pass my test without driving for over a month baffles me! Not only that, whenever I attempted to contact him he would not answer his phone or take 4 days to reply to a text message! I decided the best thing to do was to find a new instructor, after one lesson with him it became apparent that the Surepass instructor did not teach me well enough at all, they cut corners whenever possible and DO NOT teach you how to drive! So now instead of my test being in January, I have to wait until April! Side note: My new driving instructor has another student who has come to him from Surepass as she, like me, paid for 10 hours of lessons, the instructor showed up for the first lesson, and never again and she was unable to get her money back.

H. Lomas: Dear Surepass, I passed…read more my driving test just over a week ago, thanks to my driving instructor, Michael Russell, and the Surepass team. I cannot thank Michael enough for his help. I failed my driving test 14!! times in the past with various other driving Instructors throughout the years, but MIchael was able to explain driving manoeuvres in such an easy to understand way, that I got it almost immediately. He got me through my test and I am so grateful. I would recommend MIchael Russell to anyone learning to drive, as he is a brilliant driving instructor and a lovely fella. I took an intensive 10 hour course over 2 days with my test at the end of day 2. And although it was exhausting driving and concentrating for so long, it also meant that everything I'd learnt was fresh n my mind when it came to my test on day 2. Again, many thanks !!!!

It gives me no pleasure whatsoever to leave a negative review, but I feel I have little choice. I…read moreapproached PassMeFast in good faith, but in hindsight, I believe they acted in a manner that was misleading, unhelpful, and unlawful under UK consumer protection legislation. My situation: In the third week of July, I called and clearly explained that my car insurance would run out in October. I told the sales agent the only reason I would sign up with them -- and pay double what I was paying another instructor -- was if they could secure me a cancellation test between August and October. I made it absolutely clear that my signing up was contingent on this and added that the website was unclear which is why I was calling to make sure I understood the services exactly. The agent told me current test dates showing as November or December (which I stated I was aware of and why I am looking to pay for a service to do better than this), but they had access to cancellations and assured me it would be sorted. What actually happened: As soon as I paid, I received an email saying they'd be looking for test dates between 31 October and 31 December -- the complete opposite of what we discussed. I rang straight away and spoke to someone called Katerina, who told me not to worry, she would look for earlier dates at other locations and worst case, I'd be entitled to a full refund. A couple of hours later, I was booked for 30 December. I called again and spoke to Shay, who escalated the matter to his manager. That manager said I'd be refunded except for £375, which isn't acceptable. I entered into this agreement based on a specific condition that has not been met. Under the Unfair Commercial Practices CMA207, it's illegal for a company to mislead a customer to secure a sale. If the cancellation timeframe was a key part of the agreement (which it was), and they didn't intend to honour it, the sale was based on misleading information and omissions. The specific portions of the law that PassMeFast violated are 5.2, 5.4, and 6.2 According to PassMeFast because the sales rep said "tests are normally scheduling between Nov-Dec," that one line absolves their responsibility. But it ignores the entire rest of the 5 minute conversation, which was misleading about the services you perform regarding cancellations. This is simple logic, would I have signed up for the service had the rep said "Tests are booking Nov-Dec and once we lock you in, we will not further search for cancellations?" No, I wouldn't have. The sales rep said something different to make the sale, and you are not being accountable to what appear to be intentionally false and misleading sales practices.

Avoid at all costs. This company has caused me nothing but stress, financial loss, and blatant…read moredisregard for my rights. After cancelling my crash course with them (which I paid a £300 deposit for), I was told I would lose the deposit -- fine. But they failed to mention that they would also cancel my practical driving test, which they originally booked in Chester. I rescheduled that test to Blackpool using my own DVSA account, as you can't hold two bookings at once -- so this was fully under my control. Despite this, Pass Me Fast accessed my personal booking and cancelled the Blackpool test without my knowledge or permission. They gave me no communication, no refund, and absolutely no right to cancel a test that I altered and controlled after the course was cancelled. They used my personal details, interfered with my government booking, and left me with no test, no money, and no explanation. This isn't just poor service -- it borders on data misuse, unauthorised interference, and gross negligence. Do not trust this company with your money or your personal information. I will be pursuing this through the ICO, Trading Standards, and legal action. Save yourself the stress and book directly through a reputable instructor.
