The lady who did my massage was great, she asked before starting the facial massage, the only downfall for me was she didn't really get the heels of my feet which was odd. pricing is great - there is a upcharge for using the credit card. Ambiance is pretty basic but at the end of the day i'm there for the massage so I don't mind the lack of cool plants, new equipment etc. I will definitely come back when looking for a good massage vs spa expierence.

My other half requested they work on his lower back as it was very tight however both of us received focus in our shoulders. Throughout the massage, the ladies spoke to each other in a language I didn't understand: often laughing and leaving the room. All of these are things I can deal with-my problem was when we went to pay the bill and a $20 tip was not enough. The ladies EXPECTED a tip of $40 or more...for doing exactly what we paid $140 for. This is a huge turn off. We would have come back if it wasn't for this; they would have had the opportunity to earn our loyalty and we are weekly customers. This was unfortunate. Paying $180 for 2 massages is way over market value.

My spouse and I have visited this nail spa multiple times for pedicures, and this was our fourth visit. During this visit, my spouse selected the basic pedicure package, which clearly included regular nail polish color -- not gel polish. However, when we went to pay, they suddenly charged us an extra $18 claiming that gel polish had been used. We calmly explained multiple times that only the standard/basic color was selected and no gel service was requested at all. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee who did the pedicure became extremely rude, started speaking aggressively in their own language, and accused us of lying. The male owner was also very dismissive and repeatedly insisted that we had used gel polish even after we explained the misunderstanding. Thankfully, the female owner acknowledged that the worker made a false accusation and agreed to refund the extra $18 charge. We appreciated that part, but the overall experience was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. Customers should be very cautious when visiting this place. Double-check every service before paying, and make sure you clearly confirm what is being applied during your appointment. Unfortunately, there also seems to be a significant communication/language barrier, which made resolving the issue even more frustrating. Very disappointed after being repeat customers.

All the amenities were available at the time of visit. I opted in for a no chip pedicure that lasted the full service time. The service provider Marissa took her time with my service and paid attention to detail. Service menu items pricing are reasonable to the amenities that are included. The amenities (whirlpools, sauna, steam room) are shared across both genders, therefore a swimsuit must be worn at all times. Separate locker rooms though which include showers, restrooms, and dressing rooms. Food and drinks (alcohol also) are also available for purchase without leaving the spa area.

The booking process itself is easy, though I wish there was better signage outside of the actual building so the spa entrance is easier to locate. The spa has it's own elevator and is separate from the water park so you don't have to worry about being interrupted by the sounds of the kiddies enjoying themselves. After checking in at the lobby desk, what was behind the doors took me by surprise. The halls are decorated beautifully with photos of African women and the perfect amount of lighting. Lockers rooms are separate but the main areas (relaxation lounge, hot tub, pool) are coed. The locker rooms were clean but a bit too toasty for me. I'd prefer there to be more air circulation. After changing into your robe you are instructed to wait in the Relaxation Lounge which has tea, water, fruits, and a variety of couches for you to truly relax. Be careful because you might actually fall asleep in there! I booked a facial and full body massage package. Both were amazing! The rooms have heated tables, relaxing music, and friendly workers. Whatever questions I had, they were able to answer with confidence and even offer alternation solutions. After my services I enjoyed a complimentary glass of champagne, I expected to do halotherapy since I thought it was free with a package however, it is only discounted. I plan to return to indulge in more self care and will likely check out the halotherapy.
