She will sit down with you and actually listen to what you want and then give her thought based on your hair texture, length and the styles up keep. I love this kind of one on one service. They also offer nail and tanning services, but I have not had that done and cannot speak for those services. The pricing is reasonable for cuts and I always leave satisfied.

If I'm paying 50$ for a haircut I expect 1. for you to put product in my hair BEFORE you use heat on it! 2. for your to know how to do a proper wash 3. for your staff to have a somewhat put together look (not multiple staff members in dollar store flip flops and clearly in need of a bra) 4. I should not have to ask to view the back of my head before getting out of the chair 5.
