I first went to Pediatrix but the lack of awareness and service left me wonder what kind of treatment she would continue to get if this was just the first few visits. After doing some digging, I came across Arizona Pediatrics and gave them a call. From the moment the phone was answered to my appointment being scheduled for same day, the person I spoke to was phenomenal. I was running a little late and I gave them a call as a heads up and they were so understanding. This was very refreshing to see since my previous pediatrician was a bit... chaotic. As soon as I walk in, they're very welcoming and walk you through the process - so nice if you're feeling a little all over the place. Not to mentioned that the doctor was great and answered all my questions leaving me at ease, something I did not get at the other pediatrics office. His medical assistance was also very great and informative about any questions we had. Another great thing they did was allowing me to use their room even after they saw me to breastfeed my baby. This was so kind and showed the level of care they have for their patients. Mom to mom or parent to parent, you're in good hands if you come here!

They also saw no problem with staffers having a sexual relationship with a patient. When I offered them an opportunity to make positive changes, instead to defend their unlawful practices, to allow the employee to stay without consequence, and to discharge me as their patient. They lied about not violating HIPAA with this. When I sought legal help to make sure these were unlawful actions, that help recommended I speak with the police department, as well, for a criminal investigation. You cannot trust them to protect your privacy!

She suggests healthy remedies before immediately jumping to big pharma. I love her for this. She is very patient and friendly, her staff makes dealing with my health insurance quite simple. Even though it never is! Her office is ordinary on the outside, and I appreciate the fact she has several long time patients. Doctor loyalty is rare and priceless nowadays. All ultrasounds are done only on the iPad so no proof of pregnancy. At one point "hmm that's odd, baby is measuring small" with no follow up information for reassurance. Last straw was for bloodwork the in house phlebotomist wore the same gloves while walking around the office opening and closing multiple doors, entering different rooms and then proceeded to complete blood draw with the same gloves.

Dr…read more Diana-Brooks delivered my first baby and helped educate me on what to expect and when to go to the hospital. Unlike other doctors I've had, I feel like she really listens to me and makes sure I understand what she's telling me which I really appreciate. Another thing she did for me which I thought was so kind was she made this little beanie for my baby and gave it to me after she delivered my daughter. I highly recommend this doctor!
