First they twll me i cant make multiple appointments for the same day which I've been doing for five years. Then I waited multiple times for three hours for the nurse to come tell me that the doctor was backed up with appointments when the whole time five families came in and out of the office. I'm switching pediatricians now just thought that other people should know how fusterating this staff can be.

She first became my son's doctor and when we realized how excellent she is my husband and I waited and waited until she again accepted new patients. As another reviewer said, the wait time is a bit long sometimes, but the time Dr. Garcia spends with you is a rarity. She listens, she knows the resources she can use for your care, she is really great. The staff is mostly bi-lingual and respectful. Most of her staff are also excellent. We are moving to north central Phoenix but will continue to keep her as our Primary Doctor.

The providers for my grandsons is De Rekahla, and she is amazing. We never feel rushed, and there is always a short wait. The office has two entrances for sick and well children.
