I always leave feeling nice and relaxed. The price point here is great! Not too expensive and they give you your moneys worth. I think the main thing when you go into any massage place is to be specific on you want. Communication can be a challenge but just repeat yourself if you need to. It's in a market area so there is plenty of parking. The restroom is clean and in good condition.

I'm the past I have had Lucy do a deep tissue massage which was also great, but this time I just wanted to relax so I could sleep better. (My back has been hurting at night). I find that if you just tell them what you want, deep tissue or more stretching, or back walking (which is also great) they can do it all. I also like how everything is clean and professional, yet comfortable and cozy.

The masseuse was nice but doesn't speak English so I was extremely confused on what I should be doing. The place is FREEZING. I paid for a full body massage. She massaged my arms for two mins then my feet for about 15 which was pretty nice. But I was laying in a public area that's open to everyone, no relaxation or privacy. Then I was taken to a room, told just to take my shirt off (not even told, she just gestured it as she stood in the room with me...). The massage was below average, used very little oil and only worked my back. When I went to pay and gave a small tip due to the lack of ambiance or effort, I was told I needed to tip $10 more? Then I argued and said no because I wasn't satisfied. She couldn't converse back because she didn't speak English so I left. If you're looking for a quick massage for 15 mins it's great. But if you want a legitimate massage and a relaxing ambiance absolutely do not come here. But it was sanitary because everything was covered in "paper towels".........

She immediately understood what my body needed and worked through areas that no one else has ever been able to release properly. Never got a reply. I went back to the amazonlocal site and saw that somehow, magically, the salon has "redeemed" my voucher because it's suddenly showing up as used! I had to send an email to amazonlocal and thankfully they have actual customer service and within hours my $39 was credited back to me. All I can say is that if you ever see a groupon or whatever for Diamond's Garden Massage you RUN away from the thought of purchasing one!
