Throughout the contract, concerns were raised regarding services that supposedly needed to be corrected; however, my company was never contacted or given the opportunity to address or resolve any issues. Instead, the housekeeping director removed keys without allowing adequate time for me to properly collect them from my employees. After all keys were returned, my company was repeatedly accused of "holding keys," despite our efforts to cooperate and resolve the situation. Additionally, when questioned about alleged "re-cleans," no pictures, documentation, or specific details could be provided. The re-clean inspections were reportedly completed by another trusted contractor, who is also a competitor within the same industry. When I requested supporting documentation, I was told the contractor had been with the company for 20 years and that they "trusted her," rather than providing clear evidence of the claimed issues. The most concerning part was the handling of payment. I contacted the company after the scheduled payroll release date to collect payment owed to my company, only to be told there was no check available. When I stated that I would seek counsel regarding the matter, I received a response accusing me of "harassing" the company and claiming that expressing my intent to seek legal advice was "threatening to sue," which was an unfair characterization of a professional business owner attempting to resolve an unpaid balance. As a minority-owned, family-operated company, this experience felt especially personal. I have spent 15 years building a reputable business with trusted clients and partnerships throughout the NC and SC coast. My company has earned consistent 5-star ratings because I take pride in my work, stand behind my services, and value professionalism, communication, and accountability. As a third-generation, family-owned and operated company, I expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and respect from Condo World. Unfortunately, my experience reflected many of the concerns I have seen mentioned in other reviews regarding management and communication. I hope Condo World takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving how they communicate with and treat their contracted partners.

Even though I completed all of the online pre-registration beforehand, I had to repeat the entire process at the front desk because they couldn't find any record of it. The line was long, instructions were minimal, and parking was confusing. Both towers park in the Indigo garage, and you have to use the third-floor walkway to get to the other tower--information that wasn't clearly explained. The room itself was the biggest disappointment. The layout is incredibly long and narrow and honestly just... odd. The master bedroom shares a wall with the public hallway, and because we were close to the elevator, we heard people talking at all hours. It felt more like sleeping in a hallway than a bedroom. The furnishings are badly overdue for an update. The furniture feels worn out, the closet door came off its track when opened, the master sink barely drained, the safe battery was dead (maintenance had to replace it), and the sheets felt like sandpaper. There were no USB charging ports or convenient outlets like you find in just about every hotel these days. The "kitchen" is really just a mini fridge (without a freezer), microwave, sink, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Then the layout gets even stranger. The living room has a sofa bed, but there were no pillows and only one set of sheets stored in the master closet. Meanwhile, the second bathroom connected to the living room is enormous--with dual vanities, a huge shower, and a Jacuzzi tub--while the master bathroom is the size of a basic Holiday Inn bathroom. The whole setup feels backwards. The ocean and pool view was beautiful, but the room itself felt like a design that never figured out what it wanted to be. One of my biggest frustrations was the housekeeping policy. We were charged a daily housekeeping fee (nearly $30 per day), yet the paperwork says they don't actually provide housekeeping. The first two days no one even came until I called. When they finally did, they simply emptied the trash and left a couple of clean towels on the counter. Charging a daily housekeeping fee without providing daily housekeeping feels misleading. To top it off, the only proactive phone call we received during our stay wasn't to see if everything was okay--it was someone trying to sell us a "timeshare". There are also no ice machines in the tower and no front desk staff nearby if you need assistance, so every issue requires contacting the separate check-in building. For the price we paid (roughly $500+ per night after resort fees, housekeeping fees, marketing fees, and taxes), I expected a much more polished experience. Instead, it felt dated, confusing, and overpriced. The ocean view was lovely, but unfortunately that wasn't enough to make up for everything else. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

The prices of the food was good and food was good. Our room was ready early and I received a text informing us so we could check in early. That was very helpful. The amenities are a little run down, but I've seen that in many hotels in Mrytle Beach. Now by the late afternoon, the pools started getting kinda nasty. I know it's not the staff fault but perhaps they could clean a little more in that area during the day. It could be though because of staffing issues. Check out was at 10am which is early. They didn't have a lot of carts for luggage. It wasn't a huge issue for us because we were only there for long weekend. But if your trip is longer and have lots of luggage..that would be a pain. Overall, we were very happy with our trip. The staff was helpful, you get discounts at the restaurants and other places in the area with a discount card they provide at check in. The views from the room was great. We would come back again for another quick getaway to the beach!

Pubic har on floors, feet were black from the dirt on floors, have to make your own beds with terrible sheets, blood on couch and pillows. There are 10 rubber sheet type covers shoved in drawers. Unit never washed comforters or any brown blanket. Spent 6 hours cleaning and washing. Black mold all over unit. All around a terrible spot. Baywatch sucked! The ice cream store had maybe 4 flavors, all at the end. Bathrooms were broken the entire time, front desk people sucked. Completely bothered if you asked a question. If you leave your towels on chairs, make sure you are back in 30 minutes or they will move. So don't plan a long walk and set timers to check back on your towels. Plus, not ONE door was secured. Random people walking around all the time. Everyday had to deal with awful people who snuck in, then had to hear them argue until they leave.Bonus, smokers constantly smoking by gates to beach...which overflows right into pool are. Would definitely not recommend, there are TONS of better spots right down the beach.

It was downright gross. We reported it to the front desk (she was very receptive to our complaint) and was told the manager had to be notified prior to any action being taken. There were no other rooms available at the Seaside, so a new location would have been the only other option. Nothing was done that night. The next morning, we were prepared to move to another spot. After speaking to the manager and a maintenance person being notified of the situation, we were offed to have the room sprayed, or to have the mess painted. We chose neither, as that would only exacerbate the issue. We wanted out of that room. From doing my research black mold, the only true remedy would be to have professional remediation. The manager, even after seeing the photos I'd taken said that it could have just been "dirty" NOT! So, she arranged for us to be housed at another location with the same accommodations. We had already packed our belongings prior to speaking to her, so we were ready to move. We did and when we arrived our rooms were not ready. Waited over an hour before we could go upstairs to our room. The room seemed clean. The kitchen was outdated but functional. You be the judge. Mold or "just dirt" See pictures attached. Because of the exposure and inconvenience of having to move, I felt that some portion of the money spent should have been refunded. I will be sending this review to corporate to see if a remedy will be provided. July 21-23 stay. There was also a private walkway to the beach with several places to rinse off sand when coming back from the beach. We have stayed many places in North Myrtle and this was one of favorite places. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, tableware, and kitchen tools and the knives were nice and sharp--a plus for this culinarian. There is an ice maker in the fridge. The unit also has a microwave, electric range, pop up toaster, dishwasher and coffee maker. The dining table seated eight. There is a washer/dryer unit in each suite. Both bedrooms had a king bed. Ours was not an ocean front room but had an excellent ocean view from our spacious balcony. There was plenty of room for the four of us to kick back at the end of the day and watch the surf through a twilight lens! Because this is a Wyndham property, many visitors are Wyndham timeshare participants, as are we but it's also available for anyone who wants to stay in a nice facility. The activities are numerous and varied, indoor and outdoor. Tie dying, sand sculpture, shark tooth hunts, trips to Hopsewee plantation, margarita reception and so much more. The staff is friendly and fun. The only drawback is the "update" meeting held when you're an owner. Despite their promises, these never last less than two hours and are generally high pressure. There is no restaurant on site but the well equipped kitchen is the perfect complement if you enjoy food prep. There is no daily maid service unless you request it. This was our first stay here and we will definitely come back.

We had no issues with noisy neighbors. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had absolutely gorgeous ocean view sunrises and sunsets. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the outdoor hot tub and we played a board game in the resort sunroom with friends. We like the easy beach access. The grounds are well kept. Restaurants, shopping and grocery stores are all conveniently located within a short car ride.

The walls are all marked up, the light switches have filth and who knows what running down them to the floor. The doors to the rooms are busted so they get stuck when you open or close them. The carpets have large brown spots. I wont even go into the kitchen drawers. I called NSR... they said they would send housekeeping. When house keeping got here and I showed them things they said "They don't clean those things. Only make the beds and dust." The maintenance guy came and said "he didn't see anything"?!?! I have spent hours wiping things down. With little success. The company said "If you don't like it we can refund your money and you can find somewhere else. And kept telling me how the last person to stay here had no problems." There is nothing else currently available for 8 people.... We are trying to make the best of a bad situation!! I will post what unit and building it is when we leave. I also hear they like to take down negative posts. I will be checking on this one daily and reposting if necessary!
