The rate was…read moresuper low and competitive to begin with, and we refinanced through them as well when rates hit the floor a few years after we purchased our home. We liked having a 15 day grace period during which we could pay our mortgage without penalty, and also liked that there was no prepayment penalty, so we could overpay and whittle years off our mortgage. We've had issues with the bank that handles our new mortgage and wish we'd used Wells Fargo again or gone with a local credit union.

Went into the branch and all they could tell me was that I would need to go online and submit an ATM dispute. They said the machine does this all the time and the disputes usually get resolved in a few days. Have a nice day! Well I didn't have a nice day and all they have done is issue me a credit pending investigation. I am a tech savvy person and I had to reach out to customer service to figure out how to file the dispute online, what if I was my grandparents? PNC is zero help and this is not the first poor experience I have had so I will me moving my business elsewhere when and if this gets resolved. As for this branch, good customer service would have been to help me submit this dispute before I left instead of watching me sit in my car on the phone with customer service upset. Shut the machine down if it does not work properly!
