The newest property company , Trillium, has screwed the residents with the often closed pool facilities. The wonderful swimming pool that used to be kept in great condition is now a disaster. This summer in 2025, the residents have not been able to use the facilities for MOST of this hot season. And when it was open, the water was cloudy and not clean. If I knew this is how Trillium management would handle the pool situation, I would've not renewed my lease.. Other than that, I have no problems . I like it here. The staff is attentive and courteous.
