The food was incredible and was affordable. You should definitely try one of the local beers. I'm not lying when I say, Iceland Beer is some of the best beer I have ever had, and I'm bummed you can't find it in the states. Viking beer was my absolute favorite. After some research on "montvask " places in Copenhagen, I found the Laundromat cafe. The guy was nice to instruct on the use of the machine. It only takes 10 DKK coins and the soap comes out of the machine so I was relieved because I did not bring any detergent. The cashier was nice to give me change. The wash is 50 DKK and the dry cycle was 10 DKK for 7 minutes. I had a small load and it is a huge dryer so it took my clothes only 7 minutes to dry anyways. While waiting for the laundry to finish, you can sit inside and enjoy the free internet. Or you can eat in the cafe. We did not try the food as I wanted to try next door's food which I bookmarked via Yelp. There are also boutique shops to peruse while waiting for your laundry.

I agree with the reviewer who said the instruction are a bit opaque, but you can use your Google Translate camera feature or, if you were lucky like I was, have a nice elderly Danish man help you. Once figured out, the system is easy and best of all you can pay with a credit card (tap and go). This added feature was greatly appreciated since I only had Euro in cash and the machine only takes coins. The machine came with its own soap (which was a nice touch) and the dryer dried even jeans in 24 minutes. The cost was about $12 total. Also, unlike the substantive other review here, I found this laundromat to be clean and comfortable.

After grabbing some pastries to go at Juno, we stopped my the cafe for some food. It was starting to rain, so this stop came at a perfect time! The cafe has plenty of seating outside, with a long bench and small tables and chairs. The cafe puts out blankets to make sitting there more enjoyable. We ended up sitting inside just because of the rain, even though the outdoor portion does have a bit of a cover from the awning. Inside, there are more tables than you would think! We chose one by an open window to have a bit of a breeze. The menu is stocked with everything you would need. Service was quick, too. We also thought it was neat that the cafe functions as an actual laundromat, as well. There are 3 sets of washer/dryers in the back near the 2 restrooms. Also, there is free WiFi, making this a cute WFH spot. As for the food, it was pretty good! No complaints from me there. The pancakes were unique with the bacon, banana, and peanut butter.

The decor inside is cute with lots of posters and books and quirky items around. The outdoor seating has blankets to make you more comfortable, as well. We ordered some coffees, orange juice, yogurt, avocado toast, spinach omelette, and Elvis pancakes. Everything was excellent and very tasty. The peanut butter on the pancakes was a great addition, the yogurt was full of fruit and granola, the omelette had a good amount of pesto, and the avocado toast was piled high with ingredients. I was staying at the AC Hotel Bella Sky and their laundry pricing was way too high (e.g., 75 kr for a single shirt, 35 kr for one pair of underwear) so I Ubered here for 77 kr. A large wash costs 44 kr, detergent is 4 kr for a cup and drying is 20 kr. The whole thing, including Ubers, cost around 212 kr. or $32. All of the signs are in Danish so install Google Translate or the like on your phone before coming. It's relatively easy. Put your laundry in the washer you want, insert your money into the main machine near the front door and select the number of the washer unit. (LA people: it's akin to selecting your spot when paying in a public parking lot.) Then go back to the unit and select the settings you want. My wash took about a half hour, drying took a bit longer. Way cheaper than using the hotel service if you have 90 mins to spend. I wouldn't venture too far outside of the laundromat but there is a Chinese restaurant right next door if you're hungry.
