And while it took us a few extra weeks for her to find staff that could work some days for less than a full 8 hour shift, Josephine worked diligently to find us coverage to meet our needs. She is always available to check in via phone, text or visit when she picks up payment for monthly services to receive feedback and ensure all is well and take the time to enjoy cordial relationships. We also feel like her staff is like family - wonderful, loving, happy caregivers that enjoy serving senior and visiting with us. Josephine and Diverse Senior Care is one of the most valuable gifts I have received while taking care of my 96 year old friend. I was unable to visit my friend on a regular basis and although she was healthy for her age she needed companionship, friendship, and a friendly face. Josephine and her staff are loving, kind, and want what is best for my friend in every moment. My need was more complicated because I live 2 hours away. Josephine and I share a friendship and understanding of our own and I always feel comfortable reaching out for help. She and her staff are responsive, accommodating, understanding, and focused on the person they are caring for -- they provide visits throughout the week, including outings to the grocery store, library, hairdresser and walks together. DSC also work with me to fill prescriptions and pick up medicine from the pharmacy. They transport my friend to doctor's appointments, work directly and well with the living facility where my friend is living, and most importantly keep me informed of my friend's needs, physical and mental health.
