Served with rice and tzatziki and salad. Divine! And only 65 kr. In fact I usually ask for just one skewer and they charge me a bit less, like 50 kr (it varies!). It's definitely the best place for a proper sit-down kebab in Valby. Did I mention they have free black tea you can help yourself to after your meal... Suggested improvement: please take away the TVs! They make the place look cheap, ghetto, and nobody comes to a restaurant to watch TV... we can do that at home.

But if you want a bigger meal at a low price, then have a look in here. They offer the most popular Turkish grill dishes and of course the obligatory pita, durum, burgers, and hotdogs. I went with Adana Shish Kebab (69 dkk) and although the menu warned that it was spicy, I still ordered a little pot of chili sauce (5 dkk). This was unnecessary and I only ended up using a bit because the meat was actually quite spicy. It also comes with flatbread, rice (or bulgur or fries), salad, tzatziki, and some pickles. The flatbread was very nice and flaky, I wish I ordered some hummus to mop up with it. I also got the lentil soup (35 dkk) which comes with pita and more pickles. Not the best lentil soup I've had but still flavourful and hit the spot on a cold windy night. This was more than enough food for two meals for me, and it tasted great. We ordered online to pick up in the restaurant and although we were 3, they cheerfully let us pay separately like the cheapskates we are. Good food, good service, low price.

They do a good job of it though and the meat is tender and juicy with a nice flame grilled flavor. They have nice salads and of course the standard Ayran, salty turkish yogurt drink, to accompany it. We wanted a cheap meal because we were saving our Dkk- for more expensive place for dinner. Their kebab is clearly lacking in the meat department: taste and portion wise. I give this place 5 stars because it was (no question) the best durum kebab I have had in Denmark…read moreso far. I am therefore rating only the durum kebab I got and nothing else. Fast order, pleasant shawarma master, clean display, clean interior, nothing to complain about. The durum wrap itself was really delicious, baked after I ordered. Meat had a very good flavour with a lot of spices dominating the taste which is correct for my taste (since it's in most cases lamb which has a very strong odour). They added some salad, tomatoes, pickled cabbage, onions and some jalapeños along with a creme fraiche dressings and my durum kebab was ready. Price was 39DKK which is probably slightly more than other shawarma bars around Norrebro but totally okay with me and it is worth it. Since I am in the area quite often, I will most likely be back very fast. That was my first time at this place and certainly not last.

Run by a burly but very friendly and somewhat.. noble Turkish man who somehow is able to serve 10 people at once. There is basically one thing this place is famous for: shawarmas. He makes his own bread for the durum wrap (rather than buying it readymade) and heats it up before making your shwarma and that is one reason for the magical quality of the shawarmas, but there's something more, I don't know... maybe it's crack, cos ppl are addicted to these and the tiny shop is never empty. There's a certain blend of spices that the meat has, that I've just not come across before. Just stand outside and let the aroma waft into your nostrils... you'll see what I mean. BTW, yes this place looks like a dive but don't judge a book by it's cover. Also... it's ridiculously cheap. I think a shawarma is 22 kr (durum wrap) or 17 kr (pita bread) at lunchtime and 25 & 20 kr after.

Slather some hot chilli oil on your Dürüm for a more enhanced flavor and a slightly endorphin rush type effect. I, for one, am glad that the Kurds went to Denmark and brought their cuisine with them!
