Great pizzas for low dkk's, in Italian…read more I've so far only visited once but there will be more visits to come. The menu has many standard type pizzas but also quite a few original ones. I tried one with pesto, potatoes and grana padano which was truly delightful. Interesting taste combination and well baked in a warm Italian "forno". Price is cheap for what you get. The waiting time was a bit long so I could visit the FBC, buy some wine and come back again - I wasn't in a rush but it could be wise to call and make an order first. Since I speak Italian I had a conversation with one in the kitchen but couldn't make out the dialect. Sounded a bit like southern Italy but will try to figure that out on my next visit.

This joint is run by an Italian family, yes, from Italy, and they've been here since 1992. I ordered their "La Fiorita" pizza for takeway (to go). It's topped with ham, artichokes, pepperoni, bell peppers, and shrimp. It's got nice tomato sauce and mozarella on a thin crust. These slices are thin! I've never been to NY but I hear that that's how they're supposed to be. The pizza was hot, fresh, and rather tasty. All of their pizzas are made fresh and to order, so if you're going to eat or takeaway then you will wait few minutes. There are no short cuts here. Please be aware that the menu is in Danish but you may spot a familiar word here and there. If all else fails whip out the Google Translate APP and have do the work for you by scanning over the text. I will most likely be back before the end of my trip.

This place was near our hotel and the reviews were good, so we decided pizza would be a good first dinner here (and quick!). We shared the formaggio pizza and it was top notch. They have a hopping business here- lots of folks popping in for either slices or full pizza, maybe on their way home. Service was friendly - we will definitely be back

I've been here more than a couple of times. Pizza doesn't disappoint…read more We are still not at excellence levels though, but you know that every time you get into this place you'll go out with something decently good in your hands. Staff is kind and welcoming. The place offers many Italian things you can buy, prices are way to high for pizzas but in line with Danish standards. Sometimes their pizza is worth 4 stars and some other times it gets a little burned on the bottom or a little too oily. But overall it's good. If they will be more consistent with the quality of their output I'd gladly change the review and give it 4 stars.

Love the pizza here! One pizza should serve one person. We got the Nordica and the La Tradizonale…read more Both were really good with relatively thin crusts, but I have to say my favorite is the La Tradizonale. It's my go-to every time now. On top of the regular tomato sauce, it is also covered in white truffle cream that tastes like alfredo. The Nordica is good too, topped with salmon, spinach, and goat cheese. I recommend going for lunch 11am-2pm because all the pizzas are 45dkk then. (For example, the La Tradizonale pizza is 82dkk after 2pm). There is a 10% student discount for regular-priced items though, that can't be applied to the lunch prices. Even so, if you are getting pizza, going for lunch is the best value!

Unfortunately, there wasn't nearly enough food for the group, and the pizza itself was underwhelming and nothing special. What really ruined the evening, though, was the service. Our waiter was extremely rude throughout the meal. We asked if a high chair was available for our baby, and he told us there weren't any. At the end of the night, we discovered there was in fact a high chair available--he simply hadn't bothered to check. It was frustrating, especially when dining with a young child, and made us feel like our request wasn't worth the effort. Between the poor service, lackluster food, and inadequate portions, this was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time. We left very disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant.
