I am beyond furious with the terrible service I received from this business. First of all, the…read morecleaning was subpar at best, but that wasn't even the worst part. I happened to get home as they were about to leave, so the main maid did a very quick walkthrough. We spend no more than 15 seconds in every room where she just told me what they 'had cleaned' and moved on to the next room. We did that through the whole house and they left 4 mins after me getting home. (I have videos with time stamps). Less than 4 mins for a walkthrough. They had me sign a paper saying everything had been cleaned fine. Once they left I had the time to do a very thorough walkthrough. I will attach videos that speak for themselves. There were 3 people in our home for 3 hours and the cleaning they did was the most superficial cleaning ever. It takes me less than 2 hours to do the same mediocre job these people did for almost $500. The worst part of this was one of the maids who called me a "Jodona"--which, for those of you who don't know, is a rude term that roughly translates to "pain in the a$%". Her words: 'Now we know for the next time she's a jodona' I couldn't believe it. She said it as if I wouldn't understand. I DO speak the language, and she had no idea. The nerve of this woman to be so disrespectful while on the job is beyond me. To make things worse, she had the nerve to say that my dog, who has always been super friendly and has NEVER growled at anyone before, was apparently "growling" at her (even though I didn't hear it or see it happen). She used this as an excuse not to clean the master bedroom. But guess what? They still dusted the TV stand--so it's not like they were too scared to be in the room. Clearly just a poor excuse for not doing their job. I've never been treated so poorly by a service provider. Not only did they not do a proper cleaning, but the disrespect was unbelievable. I called the main number as soon as I was done checking the whole house. Lisa sent the same cleaning maids to complete the job. I had to take time from my busy schedule to go room by room showing them everything they didn't clean so they could get it done. I have recordings in my own home of one of the ladies slamming the kitchens cabinets after I asked her to please cleaned them (they never got cleaned anyway). Almost $500 for a big old headache and a really crappy cleaning job a 15yo could've done better. I'll NEVER use them again, and I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The first 9 months were great! The cleaners were professional and did an awesome job and if there was ever an issue, I just had to contact that phone number given and it was taken care of. Then, in March, she started sending a cleaning crew that did not do a good job. And I what I mean by not a good job is that things were not dusted, the floors were not vacuumed, there was even a piece of trash left on my bathroom floor once! They would dump their dirty mop water on my front steps leading into my house so that I had to come home and clean it. When they stopped leaving it on my front steps, they dumped it into my perennial gardens instead. I have no idea what chemicals they are using and whether its harmful to the gardens I worked hard to cultivate. I texted with the owner a few times and she did send them back to fix what they didn't do one time, but they still did a terrible job every time. I went this way for two months, still paying full price and being unhappy, so I finally asked for them not to return to my house and to send someone else. At that time, the owner told me how frustrating unhappy customers are. It was not a very legible text, but it insinuated that because I was not happy with this crew, maybe I shouldn't use the service. I responded that I was frustrated. I had guests showing up the next day and the guest bathroom had not been touched. I said I don't pay for someone else to clean my house just to have to do it myself. After this, there was almost no communication from the owner and they just stopped showing up on my designated day. Once I would look at the clock and realize it was 3pm or 3:30pm and there was no sign of anyone, no contact from anyone, I would text the owner and would ask if someone was showing up today. Within 15 minutes, someone would arrive. Between May and July 21, 2025, every time I texted, I almost never received an answer. I asked if the cleaners could come earlier in the day, as 3pm does not work for me 3 separate times. No answer - and they kept coming after 3pm but only when I texted to ask if someone was showing up. I asked on Monday, July 21 if they could reschedule my week for the following week (I had the service bi-weekly), no answer, no show, never heard from anyone again. I stopped texting and just found someone else that doesn't even do as good of a job, but is respectful, communicative and timely. It just got to a point where I felt extremely disrespected and felt I should be treated better as a paying customer.

When he stopped in a few times they were working hard. The spaces cleaned look great. However, light fixtures weren't touched and the french doors had to be redone as they were foggy. Additionally there were bleached white spots on about 7 of his kitchen floor stone tiles! Well, what do you know but this was from oven cleaner (we suspect) as they cleaned the oven and the fridge. A waste of time and not as per my guidance. They also finished about a half hour early so time was perhaps skipped in other places. No furniture was moved (isnt this what happens in a deep clean???) Then she had the nerve to charge me $50 more, for what I am not sure. I paid what we settled on, despite my father not being able to fix his floor tiles without having to rip the entire floor up and redo it! She claimed that they had before pictures and they were there before but she failed to send these to me. Also- my father installed his floor, he knows his space. We have had a steady individual who comes each time and she does a great job. Danielle and Tammy make sure to let us know right away if there are any changes in the schedule or if someone else may need to do the cleaning during any given visit. They always give us the option of waiting for our normal individual or switching to someone else.
