Updating this because Sophia sold this business. I went once for a pedicure and got a black girl. She was nice to me but kept taking phone calls, telling me all her drama, and cursing sooo much. A little girl even came close to wash her hands and she was saying the f word while the little girl was right there and looking at us. She said the new owner was well, a bunch of nasty names. She said he never spoke to her unless he was yelling at her and had been embarrassing her. She was super slow, it took over 2 hours and she put in minimal effort. Nails were fine though. Go find Sophia up above Walmart in cross lanes! read more

Wanted my eyebrows waxed & the lady that did them messed them up terribly & I wanted her to redo them & she was so rude & very hateful all just because I wanted them redone I demand my money back & she just continue with a bad attitude I will not never go back or recommended anyone there & I had been going for years but I am sure there better places to go that will respect their customers!!! read more

Every single time I've been to this place they've been *extremely* rude. I'm talking telling you they don't have time for you in the rudest manner possible. Arguing with you over nail designs, and embarrassing you in front of whoever is in there. I've tried giving them another chance like 5x now bc I always hear they do a great job. Well, I've not got anything special and most of the times it was NOT worth the horrible rude treatment! I will drive an hour away if it means not going to this place ever again. Highly don't recommend. read more

Literally the best place in West Virginia to get your nails done I have never been let down. Every time I go I always get a different design and Caitlin or Henry make sure that it's perfect the other staff is great too they're just my favorites. I also love how when you have a design idea they tell you reality of how it will look and help you to create what you really want and that will be feasible for your life. I love going there just to relax I've gotten a pedicure by Mary and it was wonderful. The price is very reasonable and the location is accessible right off the interstate from Charleston. Very lovely locally owned business my nails are on Fleek. read more

I've been going for probably six months consistently and I've never been let down. The one time I did have a small issue they fixed it immediately. Sophia is AMAZING at what she does and I highly suggest her. She's the one that does my nails every time. We've also taken out two daughters twice and loved our experiences. Definitely recommend them. read more

Every time I go to get my nails done they always make my nails look exactly like the design I picked. All of the staff is really nice and it is a pretty relaxing salon. read more

I have gone to pretty much all the nail salons in the Charleston area over the years. There were a couple I consistently went back to for a while but then it seemed like they went downhill. One of my best friends recommended Diva Nails and my response was, "In Nitro?!" Yep...Nitro! They do an amazing job here. They're very friendly. If you're planning on getting a manicure and a pedicure, block out 2 hours to do such! They truly pay attention to the small details and I love it. I love being there feeling relaxed and pampered. Prices are comparable. If you like nail art, they probably are the best in the area from what I've seen. They have other services also but I just get my nails done. One time I was starving and they gave me water & a snickers lol. I seriously drive 30 minutes out of the way to go here. I can't always say I've kept on top of my nails until this place. I'm a regular now! Go check them out once and you'll stop going wherever it is you go now. read more

I have NEVER had a bad experience before until now. 2 weeks ago I got my nails done here. I LOVED the look of my nails when I left. How ever within 4 days I broke a nail by pulling down by hoodie (very easily). I returned to have them fix it and they did. 2 days later another one broke from me brushing my hair. And now I woke up to a chip gone out of one from SLEEPING. Now mind you, I've NEVER broken a nail and I've had many sets on. Ill never go back $60 wasted. read more

My watermelon nails were poorly done. The top coat peeled off 4 of them and 1 broke after 2 days. So I went in to get them repaired. The owner of the store--Henry--told me he couldn't do it because the girl who did it wasn't there, and he had no idea what color base coat she used. He asked me why I didn't return earlier--I knew by that point that he was going to give me a hard time. I told him I didn't have the time to return immediately. So he reluctantly, under much protest, started my nails. I suggested a solution: do the middle nails white. He protested again--this time angrily--then started redoing all of the nails. That's when I said, "if you're going to do all of the nails, do watermelon colors--not just white." That's when he started screaming at me. I told him I wanted my money back. He said he wouldn't: the girl who did the nails owed me the money, not him--he was "just the owner." He started yelling at me again. Then one of the customers started yelling at me, calling me a "retard" (I had a stroke last year and have aphasia--my speech is sometimes difficult). One of the other nail techs started doing my nails, after the owner threatened to call the police on me, for doing nothing more than asking him to either fix my nails or give me my money back, and protesting how angrily he addressed me. Without question, the most insulting, unprofessional experience I've ever encountered in a nail salon. I suggest people avoid this business unless they want the same treatment. read more

Just got back from getting my nails done. My nails turned out GREAT! I have no complaints on the work of my nails and the design. 100% perfect! Tom did a great job. I do have some complaints though... When I called and asked about the price, I was told one price over the phone and another when I got there. However, Tom did make it right and used the price I was given over the phone. Also, I picked out the colors for my design and when he went to paint my nails, they did not have the color I picked out. He found one similar but darker, and it was the closest to the color I picked out, and I told him that would work since the other colors were even darker. He told me I was picky and that he is a professional nail tech and he will make it better. All I said was the color was a little darker, but that would work. He said he was joking about me being picky, but then they all started talking in a different language among each other, which I know was about me. How I feel, oh well if I am picky, I should be since I am the one paying for my nails. I told him it wasn't his fault that they were out of the color. Anyhow, I would recommend Diva Nails on their work because Tom did a fantastic job. I do agree with some of the posts that they could be friendlier. But if they do good job, I can handle some rudeness. I did take off one star, because they could be nicer. I will go back, but I may try a pedicure next time. read more

I usually have good experience here. I asked for the green V tip and he never said it would cost more or anything. So I showed him the design again and he tells me I needed a background color. Then as my nails are under the UV light he tells me the design would cost 20 extra dollars. So I walked out with plain white nails. *Also never got his name* read more

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone was friendly and the guy who did my nails was very fast and very efficient. Honestly this is one of the smoothest nail jobs I've had. The shape is perfect, they are not too thick like so many places do, they just look great all around. I highly recommend this salon. read more

The best and classiest nail salon around. Love this place and the folks, Katlynn and Henry rock.

I usually have a decent experience at divas but lately I feel taken advantage of. I'm very picky about my nails so I have recently requested the same girl. I originally had French tip and asked for a fill i do like my nails a little longer than usual but no way did I expect it to be 85 dollars for a French fill. about a week later my nail broke and I walked in to get it fixed they told me to wait 2 hours so I came back then and additionally waited a whole hour until they began to fix it. then when they finished she told me it was going to be 15 dollars FOR ONE NAIL. it took her 10 minutes and I was so angry and I expressed that and they refused to give me my money back and then a day later another one of my nails broke I'm so frustrated and upset because I spent 100 dollars for nails that weren't even close to being worth that. if it was 15 dollars to fix that one nail then my nails would have been 150 it doesn't add up and I feel very taken advantage of I always leave a tip even when I don't feel the price is acceptable and they didn't try to understand or comply with me at all. read more

Seriously the BEST in the valley! I have NEVER walked out displeased, that staff actually knows how to keep a conversation and remembers who you are and can tell you what color you got. I will not go anywhere else! read more

Worst nails you can get! I waited forever because they kept taking their regulars even though i was there way befofe any of them. I said I wanted medium nails and i got very short. The shape was terrible. I wanted gel polish so it would be shiny and sturdy and I got dip. Which I don't like and stated. I will not be returning there. I have gone before several times and they don't listen to what nails I ask for, only what they want to do. Cost me too much money to get my nails done and them not look good. read more

Went in on a week day for a pedicure. I waited quite some time before they had me come back to the chair. I sat with my feet in the water while 2 other customers came in for manicures and they immediately were given service. By the time someone started my pedicure my wait time was 50 minutes. I guess maybe some of the staff do not like to do pedicures or is it because they make more money on manicure? The person who did mine left my nail on my big toe obviously very crooked. I had to even it out at home and luckily I had polish close to the color because then I had to touch it up. Very dissapointing!!!! read more

i usually go here to get my nails done.. for the past 2 years actually. however, throughout the salon there are only 2 good workers. the rest do not care about the final product and do your nails poorly and CROOKED. better of going somewhere else to get good business. read more

Serious lack of experience at this place, no clue why they have a 5 star rating, I am picky about my nails and I get the almond shape which I know is difficult but I asked the dude if he was good at shaping and he said yes... I had to say ouch 3 times because he was shaping so violently and ended up making them look awful.. long story short, if you are picky and get anything other than basic square shape don't go here. read more
