I was impressed by her knowledge and expertise when she told me what her profession was. I've had problems in the past when getting my brows waxed. She knew exactly what she was talking about. I felt that she would be the best person to go to. I made the appointment the very next day to get my eyebrows threaded. When I went into the salon she made me feel wellcome and relaxed. She explained the threading procedure again and put me at ease. I was so impressed with the results I told everyone about her. My boss went down the next week and made an appointment. She also gave me tips on plucking my brows. I would never dream of going to anyone else now. Its safe to say that I will be a lifelong fan, and convert to the Upper Echelon school of brow threading. First impressions: the décor was warm and exotic and the staff were friendly and attentive. I was quickly offered a drink then led into a room to begin the treatments. Following the very thorough salt scrub, the massage took around an hour and a half, maybe a bit less, and was AMAZING. I hadn't realised it would be full-body but the masseuse (Katie) covered head to toe. The face and back massages were particularly good. I left feeling completely destressed and very happy. I've had facials, as well as waxing, threading, and eyelash/eyebrow tinting. I went in today for an upper lip thread and eyelash tint. Some wires were crossed and the technician thought I wanted my eyebrows threaded as well. Since they probably needed it, to be honest, I had it all done. I was in and out in 20 minutes, and spent the princely sum of £19. My eyebrows and upper lip were done super fast, and from what I can tell, were done well. I had a new person today, someone who's only been there a few weeks. I hope she stays! They do tend to have a fairly high turnover of staff. My eyelashes are fine, but it is a bit messy. The bit of skin transfer though will be mostly gone after I shower and cleanse my face tonight, so I'm not worried. It's just worth pointing out as if you were hoping to go out right afterwards, you might find you're a bit raccoon-eyed. I called today at 2pm, and was able to get an appointment at 5pm, so I can't really complain! I did have to leave a message and get called back, as they don't have a receptionist who sits at the desk all the time, but that's okay. Aanana aren't going to change your world, but they will make you look a little more polished!

Used this service a few times now, so much better than waxing. Situated in Fareham Precinct, no shop, chairs situated in the walkways. First time trying this out, usually have eyebrows waxed in a shop. Really impressed, relaxing, friendly lady carrying out the threading It is amazing to watch. Will definitely have done in the future.
