I have never left a review about a place before but I feel compelled to write this in the hope that…read moreit will act as a warning to anyone considering going to this salon. I have been here a couple of times and each time have broken out in a rash, something I never experience elsewhere. For this reason, I told myself not to go back there ever again but today I foolishly ignored my own advice. I have went from having full healthy eyebrows that needed a little tidying up to having one absolutely butchered eyebrow and the other completely shapeless. I'm also not one to expect much in terms of customer service especially at their prices (the bar is honestly on the floor for me) but this place left me shocked that they are still in business given their manner of communication (or lack thereof) with customers. As I said, I don't expect much but I would appreciate the bare minimum level of communication such as telling me to sit down or letting me know the price of the service upon paying, never mind asking me what shape I would like. Anyway, the moral of the story is that the low prices may offset lack of customer service but no price is low enough to excuse butchered eyebrows.

(after a previous consultation, of course!) Wow i have eye brows again!
