When I asked her to position them on my lash line, she snatched one off without warning, simultaneously pulling my lashes off. Then, she got defensive and said she could take the other one off if I didn't like it. After the previous one getting ripped off, I was reluctant to accepting that offer. Her reasoning for placing the strip on my lashes was that my lashes are too curled so it makes it hard for her. I Asked if there was someone that may be able to help her and she stated abrasively: there's no one ... at the end she asked for a tip About two hours later, both of them were off. I've been coming here for years, and it's unacceptable that one employee, just because she wanted to rush through the service, didn't take the time or care to do the job properly. She applied the mink lashes on me and it has been 4 days now and only two singles have fallen out which is amazing because usually two to four normally fall out daily from my past experience at other places.
