We live in a day of learning everything on the internet, and I knew as helpful as the internet is, I wanted to make sure I didn't miss a beat, especially with all of this being brand new to me. So who better to go to, than the professionals? From my very first call with Kayla, I knew I was in good hands. I could tell very early on, that she was someone who genuinely invested into her clients, and that spoke volumes to me. Kayla walked me through everything I needed to know from beginning to end. Her patience and kindness were much appreciated, considering the millions of questions I constantly had. She always made sure I was well-informed, not only regarding the trademarking process but also the costs involved as well. A very straight-forward and transparent experience. I highly recommend, if you are an artist/entrepreneur/in entertainment etc....that you look to work with Kayla Pansy. If I could do this all over again, I would work with her in a heartbeat, I can't even think of anything that could have been done different, considering this exceeded my expectation.

Frank took the time to understand the case clearly and was able to give excellent advice from multiple perspectives - legal, ethical, financial, practical, and even personal. Being a long-time Hoboken resident he also knew the players related to the matter and that insight was helpful. During our conversation, Frank made multiple phone calls on the spot to gather information pertinent to the case, and also made introductions to other professionals who could be helpful in resolving the matter. What's more, he did it all with insight, wisdom, care, and even a lot of humor. All in all, a great experience. Thank you Frank!

He would not provide a refund for the services not rendered so we disputed it with PayPal. He provided them a fake tracking number saying he mailed the legal documents to us which wasn't true. To top it off he is committing mail fraud by saying something is delivered that truly wasn't delivered. In the legal field no one mails legal documents via regular mail. He is unethical and a thief. They were nice enough, but insisted on charging me the minute they started talking to me, even for intake. Thought that was strange (no other lawyers I talked to did that). But the worst part was their "assessment" of my case was completely off. They started bringing up completely irrelevant issues that even I knew were irrelevant. Kept saying they would have to "research" it and charge me for every minute they did. The lawyer I eventually retained confirmed those issues were irrelevant (without having to "research" it for a second). In sum, they seemed more interest in billing me than actually taking my case. Not sure where their good reputation comes from.
