Ky and Juana cleaned our house for the first time yesterday and they were very nice, quick, and thorough. I also coordinated the service with Leah through phone calls and texts and she was also very nice and detailed when helping me start my service. Very upset. Not sure what they did today in my house but it wasn't earning their pay. I have mid century furniture, meaning that it's raised off the ground for easy to clean access. 3 women, 1 hour, 735 sqrft my house should be spotless. The tub was never cleaned nor was the water even turned on in the bathroom. There pee drops and hair still on the toilet(we are both men). The floors are still covered in dog hair and not sure they mopped. I am disgusted. read more

My parents were both undergoing chemo therapy this past summer and the ladies here helped mom and dad stress about one less thing by doing a bang up job cleaning and organizing their home. Best professional cleaning company in Idaho Falls. We have tried most of them. The service is great and consistent. We have used them for deep cleans and for routine cleaning. Both worked out well. I was really impressed by how they handled a situation where we thought they "missed a spot" and they were quick to respond and take care of us. Terrible service! Their cleaning habits change on a weekly basis. Came home to see that the master bathroom wasn't even touched and mud room was not sweeped or vacuumed. For months a young woman named Topaz did a brilliant job cleaning my house often going above and beyond. All that changed two weeks ago when she went on the night shift. I politely asked the crew this week to clean the window sills in the bedroom and bathroom. They ignored my request. The woman cleaning my kitchen did not speak a word of English. I spoke to her in Spanish saying that Ingles es muy buen. I suggested, again politely, that she should try to learn a little English. I called the firm to make certain that I was not employing an unqualified foreign worker outside US law. I am a retired veteran and do not believe in doing that. They assured me they have an outside firm that "screens" their employees credentials. An hour or so later after the crew was gone the firm called me to tell me that I had spoken roughly and that I might be better served by another firm since my previous team leader was working the night shift. These people for the last two visits had no interest in what I thought, were totally uncommunicative and now insinuate that I insulted their worker. Absolutely do not employ this hyper sensitive politically correct firm. The passive aggressive behavior of tattling on me their employer for the hour without once expressing a word to me merited words I've never spoken before, "You're Fired!" read more
