We had been spending all of our landscaping dollars at this business, then, as he was checking out, my husband encountered a social dilemma. The lady, blondish and middle aged at the checkout, was going on and on, gleefully discussing with a customer ahead of him, elated at the thought that Donald Trump would be going to prison. Literally doing a happy dance. This was in summer 2024 when a judge gave the jury bogus instructions. This ruling was later overturned by a higher court. But, back to the moment in time at that checkout stand. My husband was appalled that she would bring politics into her workplace. We figured the folks here were of a different political persuasion than we were, but no big deal, we get along with all types, right? But she took it over the top and just totally disregarded the fact her customers come in all types, including conservative in a rather conservative area. We haven't been back, because we just found her behavior so unprofessional. Would rate 5 stars for products and horticultural knowledge. They even give free classes! Customer service, though, at the checkout area should not include a side order of TDS.

Their work was sloppy in places. They left bubbles in several bedrooms, saying we needed to put the baseboards on to fix it. (You don't need the baseboards on.) Left doors off hinges and the ones that were put back on had fingerprints all over. They also decided to go ahead and install waterfall type carpet on the stairs without discussing this with us when we had requested a nose on them. Work on the stairs overall was sloppy and not tight in places. Heard the guy say he had never done stairs before. In the process they also banged up the brand new skirtboards we had put in the day before. We have three sets of stairs in our house mind you and this happened on all of them. Soooo pretty unhappy about that. To be fair the store did send their head of installation to come out the next day and fix some of the issues but they couldn't fix the stairs. Really wish this would have been communicated before. So if you buy from here I hope you get a better install crew than we did.
