They also charge you on move out for replacing light bulbs and items like drip pans. They are essentially charging you for wear and tear, not damages caused by tenant. Properties generally will have lifting floorboards, cracked corners, and other issues upon move in. All of which you have to mark or you will be charged.

Most people lose a lot more than that from their deposit"). When we went and asked to see the pictures, they showed us pictures of things that weren't in the house. The owner is entirely disrespectful and a bully. He refused to even consider that the pictures were wrong until I filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and then they refunded $100 of our deposit and admitted that some of the pictures were incorrect and from a different property. However, rather than replying to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) complaint that they refunded a portion of the deposit they retained and letting the matter drop, the owner, when responding to the BBB complaint, claimed that my husband agreed that all the pictures were correct (didn't happen) and that he called me a derogatory name, which is also absolutely untrue. If you rent from these people, take care to take pictures of the entire property right before you move in and again before you turn in the keys and, if they still gouge your deposit, file a report with the BBB since they seem to take that more seriously. Just be aware that the owner can't, apparently, be professional in his responses or differentiate between properties when he goes and takes pictures. After that, I can't say they deliberately messed up the new AC, but it was how it looked: they sent someone there and the AC stopped running. When the professionals came, they said Titan had done this many times: ruined the device and ask renters for money. If you're considering renting with them, exercise extreme caution. I regret not trusting the low Google reviews--Titan Management truly lives up to them.
