We have been renting from Tanya at DRES for 5+ years. We have had a few repairs done and they were done quickly and timely. I have not had any issues. She is fair and takes good care of us. We found our home after losing our house in the Napa Earthquake. Tough times for my family and we are so grateful for where we are now. WARNING ABOUT TANYA HANNEBOHN PROPERTY MANAGER. Stopped by the home 2-3 times a week and took pictures and was constantly knocking on door. Felt like a child being checked up on. I put hundreds of dollars into the lawn which was 100% dead when I moved in to 735 north almond and during my lease it was green I laid mulch pulled weeds did what I could while working. I took excellent care of the home I would wake up to counters cracked and it was because the home looked nice but the owners didn't spend much money on the renovations it was cheap product. At the end of my lease she tried evicting me for a service dog which I have papers to prove it. Nothing was ever good enough for this real estate agent. I never once got to speak with the owner or the family who took care of the house. I was served with a 30 day notice because she got a call about a rental reference in which I was a cosigner for for a family member. She didn't ask questions just tried to kick me out. Than the last days of my time there I was almost moved out she came in and thrashed the house pulled appliances out to middle of rooms opened every cupboard and pulled the pile of trash and threw it everywhere and admitted to me and the officer she went through my property. In which she had no right to be there yet as it was the 25th of September and I wasn't to be out till the 5th of October. She didn't give any notice for entering property and also bins from garage my patio furniture my backyard lights and other misc items are now missing. No one broke in as the house was sealed and locked and the side gates have pad locks on them. She now has pending burglary charges against her and is being sued in court for breaking and entering burglary theft and harassment and for giving out my personal information to friends who asked questions but were not on the lease. We have used Century 21 DRES (presently our rep is Jack Green) Distinctive Real Estate Services DRE #01154787 for years. We are from California, we are military and live in another state(s), and have kept our house in Dixon. Fortunately the home we own has not had any major issues over the years. Now that we are trying to contact our property management company about something, we realize that they are the most unresponsive service company that we have ever dealt with. No one answers the phone and leaving a voice mail does not get a phone call returned. No one answers e-mails. I did speak with their accountant 3 weeks ago about a tax form we need, and she said she would get the forms to us right away. We still do not have them. We have a good relationship with our current tenant and they have the very same opinion of this company and they contact us directly. You have a choice about who to use for your property management needs, do not use this company. read more

3 years of renting through this property management and if I could give them 0 stars I totally would. They do not answer their phones, if something is broken they give you the run around and lie... oh my do they lie. My garage door had broken in May of 2013... a garage door company came and did a temporary fix... that was what DRES instructed them to do, a temporary fix. Four months later it broke again. I called and left messages for 1 week straight.. I finally got a hold of Linda, promised she would get them out asap... long story short after giving me the run around for 2 weeks she finally called and said the company would call me by 5pm that day. I knew the name of the garage door company so I ended up calling them because I did not get that call from them by 5. The very nice lady that I spoke to advised me that she had already told Linda a week prior that they COULD NOT come out because they still had not paid their bill from May when they came out to fix it the first time..... I still have emails of me asking them to come out and fix certain things and Linda responding that she would tell Jack and then Jack responding saying he would tell Linda about the issues... lies... lies and lies.
