Something to do with his well, or what he assumed at least. They charged him 500 to come out and take a look at what might be causing the lack of water supply to the house. They opened up his well. Couldnt tell him for sure what was wrong. Couldnt give any emergency options either as to help us temporarily because of lack of a basic need. The 500 was supposedly bec they came out on a weekend. Didnt fix a damn thing. Didnt bother calling my brother back either even the monday after. My brother never heard from them again. They could only tell him two possible options, both of which my brother would have to wait for a call from the owner first supposedly bec he's the only one who can tell for sure how much and if its something they can do. Feels like all of this couldve been on the telephone. They came out for nothing but to scam 500 out of my brother, because what? Because he's brown? Monday came and we never heard from the owner of this company. Meanwhile, another well service that my brother has used in the past stopped by to look at my brother's well. They fixed it with a tiny piece, charged him 250, and explained to him all possibilities for the near future in terms of repairs vs new well and pump etc. We were without water for three days. WATER! A BASIC NEED! This company couldn't care less because we're POC, so I warn you not to use their service. Unless you're white, then maybe they will care, who knows. It was overlooked because they gave a $10 discount. About a month later another appointment was made for them to come out for other irrigation issues and Lily had scheduled it. It was documented on the calendar and in phone. The day of the appointment it rained and their tech was a NO SHOW. There was no text, call or email from them to notify of any changes. When Lily was called about their no-show she repeatedly DENIED ever SCHEDULING this appointment and refused to apologize besides. This is a HORRIBLY RUDE AND INSULTNG COMPANY. Apparently they think their customers are stupid? Will not be doing business with them again and would not recommend.

Consumer Warning Regarding Prime Irrigation…read more I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company. We signed a written agreement for lawn care services and paid in advance. The agreed-upon services were not completed. After discussing the issue, the owner acknowledged the situation and agreed to refund us $550. Despite that agreement, the refund has not been paid. We have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly and have been given refund dates that have come and gone without payment. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an effort to reach a resolution, but we are still waiting for either the promised refund or a concrete payment plan. What concerns me most is that while this issue remains unresolved, we have been blocked by the business, and the company appears to continue taking on new customers and projects. I am not sharing this to be vindictive--I am sharing it because if I had known beforehand that I might have to spend this much time and effort trying to recover money that was acknowledged as owed to me, I would have made a different decision. If the refund is paid and the matter is resolved, I will update this post accordingly. As of today, however, we have not received the $550 refund that was agreed upon.
