This 'business' has had a contract with our condo for about 3 years and the service has been…read moreterrible. They do not have the equipment or the staff to fulfill their contracts and we are regularly unable to get out of our homes and to our cars. When they do clear the snow, they are using shovels and they don't understand that snow removal is ongoing so we get left for days with no snow removal. It has always been bad quality and service, but now I am partially disabled and I am stuck here for days at a time. I missed a doctor appointment again this week. Yes, it's cold, but a snow blower with a cab attachment can be great. I used to have a house in Grand Haven by the lake and I would go out and blow snow 2 to 3 times a day (my kid wanted the basketball court cleared after school) and it was easier if I didn't let it get behind. It's Michigan and if your business is to remove snow, you should remove snow! Pretty simple and they get paid because they are contracted. Bad service + bad quality

I hired this company last spring for lawn mowing and fall clean up. The mowing went fine, and the…read moreowner called in Oct. to discuss clean up. No date was set, as we left it at "after most of the leaves are down". By mid November I started to wonder, by late November I was rather frantically trying to contact them via phone and email, afraid the snow would fall and my 1/2 acre lawn in the woods would be ruined. After 2 weeks of attempts, I finally reached the owner, who said he'd sold the business to his partner, and gave me (erronious) contact info. After more futile calls and e-mails, I gave up and paid 3x my estimate for an "emergency" clean up on Nov. 28th. This business is out of business, as far as I can determine. Do not use.

We even had a contract for maintenance with them last year as well. So naturally we called them for Spring start up this year, and no call backs after at least 8 calls into them over a span of 2-1/2 weeks. Once we finally reached someone on call #9 they told us that the no longer service Middleville. All I can say is this is the most disrepectful service I have ever received from someone that we had done business with the year prior, but only to be ghosted by them in the current year with no information whatsoever that they no longer serviced our area. Shame on them for such horrible communications and business practices.
