I would not recommend this company for your landscaping needs. My initial experience with them was positive, but it went south pretty quickly. They were quick to get me a quote and indicated that they were about 2 to 3 weeks from being able to start working on the lawn. This was on April 17th. More than two months later, they finally confirmed that they would be starting the job. Once they finally got around to doing the lawn work, they put down new top soil on only part of the lawn that was quoted, and I had to request them via email to come back out and finish the $1900 job that I paid them to do. Several weeks later after judiciously watering the new lawn it was apparent that they didn't adequately seed the new top soil, leaving many bare spots on the newly developing lawn. I recently requested them to see if there was anything they could do to correct these areas, and I have yet to see any evidence of them stopping by to do so. In short, there are plenty of landscaping companies in the GR area. I suggest you look elsewhere if you're looking for your landscaping job to be done right the first time and in a timely manner. read more

Do not hire this con artist couple! I've just received a judgment is 63rd District Court. They did not do the work that we paid them to do. They did not show up for the initial hearing. UPDATE: After going to court THREE times and not having them not show up THREE times, I have been paid in full via installments. Brian also does snowplowing. I would certainly not trust him with a plow. I have been contacted by several people via Yelp since my first review was posted. They have had the same thing happen to them. read more

We hired DLM during the 2015 season and was happy with our service so we didn't hesitate to sign up for 2016. Several of our services(pruning, bed maintenance, fertilization, and fall cleanup) were either not done completely or only partially done. I just received a default judgement in 63rd District Court awarding me repayment of these services. read more

I thought we had found a provider for lawn services however a lack of communication from the provider and her unwillingness to call me to clearly resolve a missing service in the quote, lying about service that had not actually started (I was told by her they had started and we are very sure no one has shown up) resulted in frustration on both sides and the provider asked me to find different provider. Suggestion: stay away from this company... they seem very disorganized, rather rude and unwilling to work with potential clients. read more

Absolutely no issues with this company. Leaves and plowing was completed as per our contract. A little cheaper than another I contacted .

Terrible customer service, very disappointed. They ran over our hose the first time out and this was their response to my email. "The hose was in the yard and the guys should have moved it but on the other hand it isn't their job to clean up the yard in order to mow. " Clean up our yard lol, it was one of those hoses that scrunch up when empty and weighs literally nothing. This was the first time out for the season and we were not made aware when they would be there and our little one plays outside now on a daily basis. DO NOT USE!!! Terrible service! Terrible attitude! Took $1,500 and never did the work! Going to court to get judgment. TERRIBLE

POOR service and did not perform the prepaid services my mother paid for. Left them four (4) voicemails with no return phone call. My mother tried to resolve and left them messages with no return phone calls either. She is older and it seems to me they are taking advantage of her being elderly. Their contract states that they clean up grass clipping and debris for a quality appearance and weeding (bed maintenance)--they did not do this. But, that is the least of the issues. The owners of the company don't seem to want to reimburse her for the services she paid for and they did not perform; such as bark delivery and installation, along with the fall clean-up. Very disappointed in the fact that they have not tried to resolve this issue after several attempts. Incredibly poor customer service and way to run a business. Do not recommend utilizing their services in any way, shape or form. I just now also saw that someone else had to take them to court for taking their money and not performing services. Hopefully, this will not happen to others now. read more
