He spent over an hour with us going through all of pricing and different type of coverage for each of the categories like auto, home, pet, accidental, critical illness and life insurance. Compared all of the prices out there to what we're currently have. It turned out to be we have very good coverage and good prices. He didn't try to change our mind to go with his quote. Not trying to sell us anything. The best part he gives us his personal opinion about what he would change or add if he were to have our policies because we have double coverage on some of them. I can go on and on about how wonderful and honest Alec is but it will be too long.
