Dr Noelle George attempted implant on my right upper molar- penetrated the sinus, then offered me a bridge instead. She then attempted another on my lower right molar, to this day it hurts. I had a cleaning for $150, thereafter, anothercleaning, , she charged the $150, took an X-ray and her fee, doubled the cleaning to $300. My first experience with Claire Campbell was fine - she saw my daughter and all was well. There was even a treasure box at the end for my daughter to pick a prize out of. My daughter has been looking forward to going back to the dentist ever since - thrilled to have "shiny teeth and a treasure." Yesterday was supposed to be our second appointment. We drove 15 min to get there with me missing work and my daughter missing school for the appointment. Because the parking lot and building entry are tricky in this spot, we got turned around for a few minutes and arrived a little late. I'm a punctual person, so I have a tendency to check exactly how late I am when I am arriving late somewhere. I arrived at 11:09 instead of 11:00. The waiting room was completely empty aside from me and my daughter, who, at that point, was still so excited that she was missing school for the dentist. The receptionist went to make sure that the dentist would still see us despite us being 9 minutes late and, to my shock, the dentist just ... refused. By the time the receptionist came and gave me this news, it was 11:11. She said, "it would only leave 7 minutes for the appointment before the next patient." I said, just to confirm: "so are your appointments normally only 18 minutes long then?" (doing the math from 11:11 + 7 = 11:18) and she said the appointments are normally 20-30 minutes long. I told her the math didn't add up and that maybe they were already running late for the day and we were being punished? But again: totally empty waiting room. The dentist didn't come out to speak to us despite being only a few feet away and certainly within earshot of the conversation where I communicated that I was missing work, she was missing school, I was sick on top of it, that it's 30 min round-trip for us, "is there anything you can do at all?" etc. My daughter was visibly distraught. I've never in my life been turned away, even when I've (rarely) been later than 9 minutes. I cannot imagine what kind of person you have to be to have an empty waiting room and to turn A CHILD away who is missing school with her working mom, who is missing work. The lack of compassion and "bedside manner" here has blown me away, particularly coming from a dentist who is a working mother herself. I wish I could invoice this dental office for the money I didn't earn because of the time I took off for this. I wish I could invoice this dental office for the conversations I had to have with my daughter throughout the day yesterday about why the dentist didn't want to see her, even for a quick cleaning. The receptionist's only offer was that we could reschedule. And we will do that - with another dentist. read more

If I could give a zero star review I would; this is actually reflective of a review by Elizabeth S. The first visit I was wowed by the whole experience by the second and the third (that didn't happen) we were left dazzed and confused. I made an appointment where I was very open about the needs of the person I was making the appointment for - my partner - who had experienced incredible traumas at the hand of dentist as a kid. This is near clinical PTSD on top of their ADHD. I was open about this information because it could mean that we were late/slow to get in and hoped that this would be something they could work around. They obviously did not understand what this would mean but assured us anyways. He was 10/15 minutes late after being stuck in the I5 traffic for 45 minutes (we would have been 15 minutes early) but they refused to see him. From my understanding the dentist jam packs her schedule to secure her bottom line rather than ensure the care of her clients. I would avoid at all costs; this is a cosmetic/vanity dentist who has no heart for anything other than cold hard cash. read more

But Amber did a phenomenal job making me feel at ease and handling her business in both a professional but also social manner. My tooth had been bothering me for over a week and since Dr. Campbell was near my home I called and requested an appointment. Marie, the Patient Coordinator, was kind, sympathetic and easy to work with. She looked up my insurance and booked my appointment quickly. At my visit today everyone provided exceptional service caring for my tooth and my comfort. Melissa the assistant was professional and kept me informed as she did her work. Dr. Campbell was equally professional and approachable. I am delighted to have a new dentist close to my home who is caring, professional, and dare I say it...even fun to visit. I went to see DR. Campbell today and on my first trip to the dentist in ten years. My wife has went here for a couple years and recommended her. My teeth have issues, not as bad as some I know who yank their own bad teeth, but without seeing a dentist in ten years issues none the less. It was a same day appointment and I dreaded the minute I had to walk in the door. I was expecting a series of lectures about my lack of dental upkeep. What I got was the exact opposite. Everyone was very friendly and my past neglect was never discussed or brought up unless I started the topic. There were no judgements of my past care, only a very kind and honest presentation of where I am today and options I have to resolve. This was the best experience I have ever had visiting a dentist and I look forward to taking care of my teeth with DR Campbell and her team for years to come. read more

I'm one of those people that has a lot of anxiety about both the current state of my oral health and going to the dentist in general. I was referred to Dr. Campbell through my insurance provider and I feel really lucky for it. The entire staff is really nice and professional. The dental hygienist was very friendly and efficient and made me feel at ease. The first appointment was great- there was a lot of information conveyed but at no point did I feel like I was being given jargon or anything. Dr. Campbell is awesome. For people who have anxiety about the whole process you won't find a better dentist. She's incredibly professional, kind, and most importantly made me feel comfortable with the treatment plan she laid out. At no point did I feel like I was being talked down to or judged- you get the impression that she just really, really wants to help with your teeth. All information was given with realistic expectations of what to expect. Seriously, if you're terrified of the dentist or afraid of the whole process go to her. I cannot give more than one star to a dentist who kicked out a patient with serious toothache. After an examination, she told me that the tooth should be extracted. The amazing thing is that you can tell from her cold face that she had zero sympathy on you. You have bad teeth, you fault. I asked her whether we could save it. She said "If you need a second opinion, go for it." I asked her why she did not prioritize on this tooth if this turns so bad. She said "I think our working relationship has not been worked out. You need to leave my office now". Quite rude, huh. The office has a rule atmosphere. They never call you by your name. All counted, receptionist, dental hygienists and the doctor. I really cannot say they are racist but you can feel something. It is the thing that only minority people would know what it is. It is there. They never gave you a plan for the treatment. They never gave you an estimation printed on paper. It turned out quite pricy for sure, which explains well the purposes. If you have some money left for this year, they would call you to use it up. Of course, the goal is not to solve your urgent problems but to really use up your insurance. Of course, every office has nice people but I hate to say that this office is led by a dentist who is not that nice. I hate to say that but what I experienced today truly convinced me it is the case. read more

I usually don't write reviews but I was so disappointed with my experience that I had to. I've only had 3 appointments with Dr. Campbell and I left all 3 appointments angry. The first appointment was ok; I got a phone call before my appointment asking if I could come in earlier than my scheduled appointment. Since I was coming straight from work I could not make it in early but I got there as quick as I could from work. The teeth cleaning went well, I like Dr. Campbell's dental hygienist, they are all very pleasant to work with. When it was time to meet with the Dr. Campbell I felt rushed and could tell that she was trying to be quick so she could leave. She said I had a cavity that I needed to come back and get filled so I made my appointment for the next week. The day of my appointment to get my cavity filled I got another phone call asking if I could come in earlier than my scheduled appointment, and again, I let them know that I was coming straight from work so I would get there as early as I could. I got to her office a little early and my whole appointment was extremely rushed. Dr. Campbell was out of the building and in her car before I even left her office. I made my appointment for my next teeth cleaning and then when I left, I saw her driving by, leaving the parking lot. Before my cavity got filled I never even knew it was there, it didn't bother me at all and then after that rushed appointment I wasn't able to chew on that side without having pain and discomfort. I didn't feel like having another rushed appointment with Dr. Campbell, so I decided to wait it out until my next appointment. Six months later I come back for my teeth cleaning and Dr. Campbell isn't even there. She didn't even bother to call and ask if I could come in early, this time she just didn't show up for my appointment. I had my teeth cleaned and I told the dental hygienist about the pain from the cavity they filled and she tried her best to figure out why it was giving me pain but she couldn't figure it out. She apologized and told me to make another appointment to come back and see Dr. Campbell. I couldn't help but feel like a burden at this point after she didn't even make the effort to see me so I just scheduled my next teeth cleaning for 6 months out and figured I would talk to Dr. Campbell then. All my appointments with Dr. Campbell weren't even late either, they were 4:30 appointments, I don't get why she couldn't make it or at least reschedule with me since she knew she would be rushed. 6 months later, the morning of my dentist appointment I was called into mandatory overtime so I wouldn't be able to make it to my teeth cleaning. I called as soon as I found that out and told Dr. Campbell's office about the situation and the lady who answered the phone told me that she would not be able to reschedule the teeth cleaning for a time that could work for me for another 6 months out and then she told me that they should be charging me for the whole appointment for cancelling. I don't understand why it's ok for Dr. Campbell to rush me through every single appointment I had with her and not even show up for my last appointment with her but it's not ok for me to cancel. I called as soon as I found out I wouldn't be able to make it in. Dr. Campbell didn't call me to tell me she wouldn't be at my appointment, and I needed to talk to her that day about the pain her filling was giving me. My cavity is still bothering me but I have decided to find a new dentist who will take their time and do quality work. My insurance also paid for that visit to the dentist and I didn't even get the full service seeing as how DR. Campbell wasn't even there. I am super disappointed in my experience with Dr. Campbell and I do not recommend her at all. This was so disappointing too because her office is so close to my house. I will be finding a new dentist who will hopefully be able to fix the crummy cavity job that Dr. Campbell did and who will take the time to do quality work. I really did enjoy the dental hygienist that I worked with though; they did a great job and were very nice. I just wish Dr. Campbell had the same work ethic as them. read more

She has also begun to make fabrications that are intended for individuals with sleep disorders. These fabrications reposition the jaw to open the airway during sleep for people who might otherwise need CPAP devices. Dr. Campbell travels extensively making presentations at conventions of dentists, prosthodontists, and oral surgeons. She is considered by her peers to be a nationally renowned expert in dental science and related areas. As a dentist, Dr. Campbell does not have a "bedside manner." However, she has a great "chair-side manner." She is personable and caring, with a warm demeanor and a great sense of humor.
