Fairview Legal (Johannes Claus) did what I consider one of the tackiest things I have ever heard…read moreof, they used the girlfriend of a client of theirs to serve paperwork on their clients exwife for a custody battle. While this may be legal, it definetely shows, in my opinion, a total lack of professionalism and an extreme lack of good judgement. Mr. Claus also agree to have a hearing moved out due to the other attorney being out of town. However, they then contacted the court and tried to have the hearing moved to the soonest date (when the defense attorney was out of town). In my opinion lawyers already have a bad reputation and its actions like the 2 listed above that justify the view as lawyers being unethical and unprofessional.
