Interesting they keep bugging me to sign up for Cellphone service. I'm happy with my T Mobile service. Ok 1st 2 years 1 dollar a month.. then what.? Service is the thing. Don't know if they have the towers abd so on to cover the areas in the country side. Like out at my small ranch out side seligman arizona. T mobile and version are the only game out in tje middle of nowhere.

i received a add form optimum internet for $25 per month internet…read more went on line to check it out, after getting all my information they said it would cost $35 per month i decided i did not want there service, did not order it never received any service, when the delivery truck tried to drop of equipment i refused it called them told i did not order service and would not order it after many calls from optimum and hours on the phone over two month period they are charging me monthly bill for service that has never been provided they still will not correct the issue, now want late fees and the bill continue to grow they will not stop billing "optimum has never provided any service or equipment to us" they keep telling me the billing will not stop until i cancel the account asking me for account number and for personal information. i dont have account number, i never had a account. when i tell them that they say nothing they can do and if i dont give them the information they want the billing will not stop today they added another $35 plus late fee

This was a vacation home, but we are spending more time here and need something that works. Can't stream Netflix or anything else. $55/month for terrible internet. If anyone knows if a reliable service provider in the area, please let me know. Until then I'll be using my phone hotspot....

Had fiber installed on Monday at 6pm, after they were supposed to show up at 1pm! Turns out they didn't install it correctly and it started to fall down! so a guy showed up and said he would be back in an hour and it turned out to be 2 hours! so it turns out they didn't inst the hood down screw correctly and they should have put it in a stud, but they didn't! so new guy shows up and puts it back in same hole! won't last long again and they ruined my dinner! Thanks Wesuck!
