If the company won't do anything, I'll continue to call the police every time I am verbally assaulted by a worker on the property that I pay to live on!! READ ON FOR MORE! During installation in Flagstaff, Arizona, the workers parked in residential parking and refused to move when asked by homeowners. The road workers unnecessarily blocked people from their driveways. I had a road worker call me a dumbass when I explained I just needed to get into my parking spot. Sure enough, the next day that worker was parked in my parking spot and refused to move! They sent an aggressive salesman door to door on a Sunday at 7pm that ignored no soliciting signs. This salesman wasn't wearing any company gear and did not have a company vehicle insight. This seemed nefarious and hinky. Today a worker again parked in my parking spot and told me to fuck off when I asked him to move. I told him I'd be calling his superior and when he heard me on the phone he screamed at me again. He then called some guy Jeff and bragged about being rude to me. Additionally, when I called the number shown on the truck it said the line was out of service so I had to look up the main number. This company hires the rudest workers that disturb people's peace and curses at people. I DO NOT RECOMMEND wecom. ****Edited to add*** After going round and round with Easton Bright an alleged supervisor for Wecom regarding the installer cursing at me, guess who showed up at my complex again today?! I was assured the issue would be handled yet, this unprofessional installer that told me to "fuck off" is still employed and still working on the property where I live. Today he literally sat on the bed of his pickup with his feet dangling like a child while again bragging to someone on his phone that he got away with telling me to fuck off. Wecom does not fire unprofessional, rude, ignorant installers. They just lie to you and tell you they'll be fired but they just send the same rude guy over a few days later. I am not comfortable having a man that verbally assaulted me being on the property that I pay a lot to live on and feel safe. Do better Wecom!! Look at this! Two weeks later and yet again workers are blocking my parking lot and again telling me to fuck off. Wecom sucks!!

Since I enroll my parents on paperless statement they NEVER received bills for the other account. so this last 3 years I was going off from the online account I set up for them and when my dad request the bills to get sent to the house we notice the 2 different account numbers.
