Since I enroll my parents on paperless statement they NEVER received bills for the other account. so this last 3 years I was going off from the online account I set up for them and when my dad request the bills to get sent to the house we notice the 2 different account numbers. I have recordings of the guy ignoring my situation and trying to get me discounts. my parents have been with the company for more than 10 years.
