The Carrier Certified Tech found no issues and the unit was performing to SPEC. THE AC Tech indicated that its happens quite often when a NON Qualified wanna be HVAC impersonator tries to impress their clients with bogus results. STICK to what you know ...

I accompanied him through the inspection and he was very happy to describe the various features of the property, to point out each of his areas of concern, as well as to describe key maintenance points that I should be aware of. I received the written inspection report the same day as the inspection. The inspection was thorough with clear write-ups of each area of concern or noted defect. All noted defects were accompanied by photographs in the report. I have already scheduled a follow up inspection with Ed at my one year anniversary.
