We've had such a great experience at Discover The World Learning Group, and I'm so thankful we found them for our daughter. They do so many fun, hands-on activities that keep the kids engaged and excited. You can really tell they put thought and care into what the kids are doing each day. One thing we especially love is how creative they are with spirit weeks the kids get to dress up, have fun, and take adorable photos. It makes the school feel so lively and positive. I also really appreciate how they include parents in projects. It makes us feel connected and involved in what our child is learning, which means a lot. Our daughter absolutely loves going here and has been having so much fun. We've noticed a difference in her speech and confidence. She's talking so much more since starting, and it's been amazing to watch her grow. Overall, it's such a warm, caring environment, and you can tell Mrs. Jackie & her team genuinely love what they do. Update My oldest has been going to Discover the World Learning Group from 11 months old to now eight years old. My youngest has been going since she was 2 to now 5 1/2 years old. Miss Jackie teaches with a rigorous curriculum for each individual student. Because of this, both of my girls are excelling in school and are above grade level. They were both well prepared to start TK not only academically, but socially and emotionally as well. My girls have made life long friends with the other students at Miss Jackie's and is able to get along well with kids of all ages because of how she fosters a positive environment. Mrs. Jackie's in home daycare/ school, Discover the World Learning Center is a rare gem in Eastvale. This is such a special school focusing on academics for the older children and laying foundations for fine motor skills for younger children. Mrs. Jackie's program for ages infant to school-age children executes rote learning in ways that are fun and the kids really enjoy themselves. The teachers are creative, caring and supportive. This daycare/ school has a lot of flexibility and options of care for multiple aged children. We love Mrs. Jackie and her team of dedicated teachers. It was so nice to see Ms. Brittney open the door each day with such a great smile, warm demeanor and positive attitude. My 3 year old had a rough time at another daycare and when he went to this one he was nervous at first but quickly started enjoying it. I only send him for 2-3 days in the mornings so that he can learn how to socialize. He is learning a lot about sharing and controlling his feelings. Mrs. Jackie and the teachers are so patient with him. I know because he says he likes all of them and names each one when he gets home. Discover the World Learning Group was one of the best choices for my family! First off, the hours were flexible and they were always willing to work with my schedule (it changes monthly). Miss Jackie, the owner, and the entire staff at DTWLG feel like family after having my sons attend the daycare for 6 consecutive years. I was referred to the daycare by a friend, and both of my sons attended from 1 years old, until entering kindergarten. Each of them were ready for kindergarten both academically and socially. Miss Jackie does not let the children sit in front of the tv or iPad all day. She not only teaches letters, sounds, and numbers, but she plans creative, thematic lessons every week. My boys loved making crafts, dressing up, trying new foods, performing in daycare shows, and so much more. They still have daycare friends and ask to go back and visit daycare all the time. I wanted to share an update almost 5 years out since my original review. My elder son stayed at Discover The World until we moved out of town (age 9m-5y) and my younger son (age 5m-1y) was also enrolled until our move. Mrs. Jackie took care of both of them SO well. We were genuinely sad to leave. I can still see the effects of how much my older son learned (math, spelling, etc.) at his current TK where he is one of the most advanced children in his class. I'm amazed at how much he continues to retain. He still fondly talks about his friends and the activities he used to participate in. When we were temporarily dislocated due to the LA fires we came back to the area and Mrs. Jackie was able to squeeze us in for childcare for about a week which was wonderful!! Mrs. Jackie and her staff are great! They are very accommodating. There is constant communication regarding my daughter, which I love! Dropping my 11 month old off, I am at ease knowing she is in good care with people who really care for her. They also always have different themed weeks/month that make it fun! Since starting beginning g of November 2023 twice a week-I can't say enough good things about Miss Jackie and her team. They are all so passionate about what they do. I don't know where they get the energy to do all the activities, cooking, cleaning, teaching, etc 5 days a week. My daughter is always excited and happy when she comes home and tells me about her day. She's never sad or upset that she has to go to her house for the day. She really enjoys her time there. There is a monthly calendar that weekly has something fun going on to keep things fun and exciting. I'm so glad she had an opening when I desperately needed to pull my daughter from another daycare center that had hired a new teacher that was terrible. The kids are having fun while they learn and are being challenged to grow in their writing and drawing skills. I believe some other kids are also working on basic math. I enjoy always receiving at least one picture during the day, knowing she is getting two meals and two snacks, able to enjoy a nap with shoes off, dimmed lights, and soft music (unlike her other school-rules of their place they said). These are the little things I love about having my daughter in a house, it feels so home like and comfortable. So many great kid projects are pictured on this Yelp page. They really do so many projects which teaches the kids so much. My husband and I are so happy having our daughter here and trust she is well cared for. The Christmas show was adorable with amazing choreography and costume changes. I would've loved seeing the kids sing several songs. But things like that show the love and passion Jackie and her team have in making the experiences for the kids memorable. read more

This place is the best daycare ever! All the teachers are super helpful and hands on with the kids. They send out weekly and monthly newsletters as well as birthdays, so as parents we're always informed. Not to mention the pictures throughout our day. My daughter used to go to Tutor time down street and we were so unhappy with them. My daughter used to cry at drop off everyday and that's when we knew the place wasn't for us. My son has been coming to Mrs. Jackie's daycare for the last 5 months. I initially came to Mrs. Jackie because I wanted my 5-year old to have some socialization with other kids... the pandemic and stay at home order had really affected him mentally. My son has always been in daycare settings ever since he was 3 months old so he really thrives in a group setting. Since day 1, I could just tell how happy my son is going to Mrs. Jackie's house. Not only does Mrs. Jackie make it a fun environment for the kids, she also makes sure the kids are learning too. Since the schools are still closed in CNUSD, I am able to drop my son off at Mrs. Jackie's in the morning and she and Ms. Brittany are able to help my son with his distance learning. They potty-trained my son within 1 week of commencing at the daycare and that was a great help. He now identifies his name, shapes, colors, some letters, and his vocabulary has developed so much. I am planning on relocating to Eastvale and was looking into child care for my 4 and 2YO. I was hopeful with this program since out of the 9 reviews ALL were 5 stars. I had reached out and left several messages to try and schedule a tour of their facility to no avail. I didn't hear back from them at all, very disappointing. I allocated a day out there touring all the other facilities I was interested in since I currently live in Irvine. I debated on showing up and seeing if they would be able to squeeze me in. In the end, I decided if this is a business who lacks the common etiquette in returning a phone call, they most likely will lack in other more important areas with caring for children. read more

I can't say enough great things about Discover the World Learning Group!! I was so nervous to put my son in daycare and we looked at several around our area. (He was about 1.5 years old when he started) This was the only place where we walked in and it felt like home and it felt right. Micah loves Jackie so much puts the kids first and makes sure that they are happy and comfortable. She plays with the kids and give them so much love! I take my 3 year old twins here and I have had a great experience so far. They are very helpful when it comes to needing someone on a short notice. My husband and I both have crazy schedules that cause us to need daycare Til about 8pm sometime and they are always willing to help. It's hard to find a place that will do that and I'm so thankful we found them. I love seeing all the arts and crafts my kids make. Mrs. Jacki has taught my kids so much from counting to 10 and all their abc's. We really enjoy seeing what the kids are doing from pictures she sends us and although my kids go once or twice a week she always includes them in parties and gifts for the holidays. I had both of my kids (age 7 & just under 1) enrolled in this daycare before we moved and I absolutely loved it! Jackie was so flexible with my hectic schedule and almost every time I got there to pick them up I found Grandma Lily rocking my little one while he was asleep in her arms - which was just so reassuring to me. She really just has the "grandma" touch and I appreciated that so much because I really felt like my kids were cared for. They give you a list of everything that went on that day and keep you informed about anything to do with your children! There is also a great play area set up for the kids and they spend time doing daily activities and getting outdoors every day which I loved! cannot say enough great things about this Ms. Jackie, and Grandma Lilly. We started our son there about one and half years ago, and we could not have been happier with our decision. We feel like we have struck gold with child care. Ms. Jackie has never been anything but accommodating with my work/school schedule. She is always willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. She is so flexible, and even willing to pick up my school aged child from school when I cannot. She is very structured with the children and their activities, and learning. She has something different everyday with the children, and my son loves the activities. The most important to us as parents, was the fact that my son was in more of a learning environment, and we got that with Ms. Jackie. My son is extremely smart, and has always been very advanced, and I give Ms. Jackie all the credit for that. Ms. Jackie gives daily paperwork, which tells us when his diaper was changed, when he napped, what and when he ate and slept, and what projects he did. I love knowing everyday this information, and she takes the time to do this everyday. You will not find that at most child care facilities. She is part of our family, and my son talks about her and Grandma Lilly every night. He gets really excited to go see her, and just runs to her with a big hug every morning. He has never once cried when I dropped him off, which makes mom feel good. I know that he is loved, and I know that he loves them.
